ADHD Chronicles: 47 Years of ADHD Extra Explained

Rate this book
After an unexpected diagnoses of ADHD in her 40s, Amanda Shore embarked on a quest to figure out how this condition had been missed her entire life. She began writing as a form of therapy, and this book is a compilation of those writings over the last couple of years. Amanda hesitates to call it a "book" as there is no real storyline with a clear beginning and a clear ending, yet she believes sharing her heart may help someone self discover and receive the help needed to navigate life as clearly and calmly as possible... well, as clearly and calmly as an ADHD'er can, anyway. As a mama, her strongest desire is that children, in particular, receive the support and understanding they need and deserve.

I have never cried while reading a nonfiction book. This read changed that…
I felt seen and heard and found myself continuously nodding and smiling at the pages. I saw my quirkiness on every page. I finished this book in one day and immediately sent the link out to every friend and family member I could.
A phenomenal must read.
