This book is full of validating situational examples and suggestions of how to manage and survive!!!
If you’ve tried to explain any of these situations/behaviors to those who haven’t experienced it firsthand, you’ve likely been met with confusion, bewilderment and/or outright disbelief. These reactions lead to more isolation (great for the covert narcissist) and making you doubt your own reality (even better for the covert narcissist!).
This is a great resource and I will go back to it as a reference as I help a friend navigate the FCN in their life. Highly recommend this book! Our society still isn’t ready to handle the abuse of men BY women but it happens and by not being open about it, the abusers are empowered that much more.

written for men in a relationship with a narcissist
Although this book is specifically written to men in an emotionally abusive relationship, I was able to gather a lot of good info that applied to friendship gone bad because of narcissism. Taylor provided an especially helpful description of narcissistic rage.

The first thing to make changes is to often be aware of what is going on. This shows you what to be aware of so you can realize who you are dealing with. Now it's up to you to decide to heal and make your healing important. Narcissist can leave you feeling consume so follow what the author says because you deserve much better.

I learned a lot about of covert narcissistic females they are very smart and kindly difficult to recognize in a simple view. The author is very good.

Utterly useless, poorly written drivel. This is nothing but a self-published rant. You can learn more about Covert Narcissism by spending a half an hour on the internet reading a few blog posts.

It explains the condition of female narcissism to perfection and the psychology behind the mask. The shorter description is Brilliant! Recommended!

This was a very informative read. It has helped me to discover the covert female narcissists in my life and how to cope with some of the trauma.

When I finished reading this book, I immediately shared it with a friend who dealt with her mother's narcissistic behavior. This is a great book! Concepts and medical terminology are written in ways that are easy to understand. The book includes strategies for dealing with narcissists, and I appreciated the glossary of terms at the end.
