Reading has always been one of my favorite hobbies, even as a little girl. When I was a toddler, my parents would read stories to me over and over. I would hear them so often that I had the books memorized and could recite the story word by word.
My favorite genres are fantasy, paranormal, and contemporary romance. So of course that's what I'm inclined to write.
I have a husband, two young daughters, and a mini Australian Shepherd. I've lived in Tennessee the majority of my life and love the state.

After two books of constant battles and one thing after another, the end of this series was so abrupt that it made me angry.
The action was well-written but there was very little substance between action scenes (seriously, the Fast and Furious movies have more story than this third book did).
There was a prophesy that was barely mentioned and should have been explored, working it into the story. Some plot points that were so obvious, it was insulting to the characters (like, OBVIOUSLY, Zeke knew the witch who took away Callie's memories...he said he took her to a witch to be healed and that witch killed his best friend so the fact that it took her getting her memories back to reveal it was an absolute insult to her character). I normally do not mind predictability in books because, let's face it, it's REALLY hard to throw in huge plot twists, even if you're a mystery writer. But with this one, I felt it insulted everyone's intelligence. And the death we were all waiting for was SOOOOOO anti-climactic and unsatisfying and it wasn't even done by any of the characters who should have been able to inflict pain. And they didn't even give us a single line about how locking away her mate made her crazier throughout the years.
I think it would have been great if the books had a little less action so you could dig into the characters deeper. I would have loved to see it written using alternating chapters to show different points of view (especially for the other couples who, predictably, found their fated mates). The character perspectives could have changed from book to book with Callie and Bodey being the constants.
I didn't dislike the books but I was disappointed overall.
This was an enjoyable series that fell a little short.
I don’t like Theo and he shouldnt be in charge of a paper bag let alone a pack….a lot of the side characters in this book were written in ways that didn’t make a lot of sense and major plot lines were resolved in single page and still don’t understand Kel and Zeke or many other subplots.
Main plot and main characters were good and interesting but I almost felt like this trilogy needed another book to resolve and show the queens rulership she only comes into her own about 20 pages before the end.
Dina was a great character that I wish I knew more about.
The fast pace action of this book left little time for character development and intrigues that should’ve had a better resolution.
Overall I enjoyed the adventure but I think having 4 books would’ve served this series better I wanted to see what kind of queen she would be
So I generally loved this series. I do, however, have some issues with the storyline. 1. When Callie learned that Wolfsbaine was used by the enemy wolves, she kind of brushed the risk away. First of all, you’re all wolves. Isn’t clawing and scratching your thing? If wolves have died by a mere scratch, shouldn’t you go in more prepared and not Bank on the fact that they may not have enough time to prepare since you’re going to do a surprise attack? That’s a pretty big gamble and I had an issue with the callousness of her decision. Also, what was the point of bringing up Wolfsbaine if we somehow were not gonna incorporate it into the story. Kind of sounded like a waste. 2. When Dina lost her magic, how did she sense the perimeter line? It was never explained. How did she open the door to the prison? Never explained. How did she sense that there was magic at the unattached garage? Again, Never explained. 3. Also Lynerd going undercover……….. even though I expected there would be a twist with him, I did not buy it in the end. It could have been that he realized that the queen was losing and therefore decided to switch sides at the last minute again. You’re telling me that he told no one that he was faking it? Not one person? Not his mate.? Not his coven? I felt like with him we needed more proof that he had always planned to be a double agent, not just because he said so. That’s lazy writing. 4. When Zeke was given a gun, why didn’t he use it to escape? He knew he was toast by that point. His personality was clearly outlined as selfish. I’m surprised that he didn’t injure more wolves, or turned the gun on Callie when he had the chance 5. In regards to Queen Kel, why did she decide to attack 17 years after the death of the previous king? Why wait? She locked up her mate for 15 years. You would think that she would have started to go crazy soon after that, and attacking when there’s a power vacuum would be easier. But she waited to attack until Callie’s brother was going to be crowned? That makes no sense. If I was Queen Kel, I would’ve tried to take advantage of his young age, and the fact that there is a power vacuum and attack when there’s no leadership. 6. Pacing was WAY off. Too much fight scenes and not enough down time scenes. It was exhausting. 7. We needed more in depth character development with all the characters. All character development that was there felt overshadowed by all the fighting.
This is the lowest score I’ve ever given this author in any book. Generally all her books I have given five stars. Which makes me all the more disappointed that I was disappointed with how this book ended.

3 stars!! this one took me a minute to finish… I felt like the conflict was just getting far too dragged on but it was good nonetheless! I think I will take a break from the werewolf world after this… but do not fear I will return. Currently searching for my next read 👀👀
This series progressively worsened. The ending was a dud. It felt like the author just gave up and finished the book to fill a quota. Unfortunate b/c I really liked the first book.
The author spent too much time on fight scene descriptions and not enough on character development. Most of the story was predictable and the parts that were entertaining were short and lacked development. Super misogynistic story. Self doubting Queen surrounded by strong wolves ( all male) it's just a damsel in less distress story...
Queen Kel had Brodey. Freeing her mate was now Callie’s single most important mission. So why was she locked into an old but very clear memory of a time when she was five years old with her parents? She couldn’t pull herself out of her memories. It was the night of the fire and suddenly she had answers to why, how and who had caused the blaze that had destroyed her childhood home and killed her parents. She had come face to face with the witch who had stolen her memories, the death and blood needed to bind her wolf played out before her eyes. He would pay, perhaps not quickly with the end of his life but rather with a lifetime of pain and degradation. She would see to it! Callie was finally able to pull herself from her memories and after ordering the murderer be secured, she reached out to Brodey through their mind link. At first there was nothing. Then, pain and a weak touch; he was alive. Riding in the back of a van with guards watching over him, he kept still; his eyes closed. He needed to let Callie know he was okay but didn’t want to alert the guards that he was conscious. Their favorite activity was to bring him pain. For now, without a fixed destination for where they were taking him Callie had to gather her most trusted people and plan a means to thwart the exchange Queen Kel insisted on in two days. Her life for Brodey’s. Traveling to Oregan territory to speak with Lynerd, the alpha of the territory, she would dispose of Zeke as the Royal Advisor. She would offer Lynerd the position of Royal Advisor as her father had planned to do seventeen years ago, before his death. Jasmine, Brodey’s sister, too had offered the suggestion that Callie request help from the Midwest pack under King Sutton. Jasmine had gone to university with Katelin whose father held a position similar to the royal advisors here. If Jasmine could get Katelin to convince her father to help perhaps, he could persuade King Sutton to join forces with them, as well. After all, if Queen Kel defeated them, her next point of attack would be the Midwest pact. The woman was power mad; she had delusions of conquering and ruling over the world. Callie was struggling without Brodey at her side. True mates were one half of a whole. They find the pluck to continue on in the face of all odds as long as they have each other, gain strength through their touch, shared magic and ability to communicate telepathically to share their thoughts. With Brodey being tortured and unconscious much of the time, he was always in pain when he was awake. Mates have empathic abilities that allowed Callie to draw some of Brodey’s pain away from him and take it on herself. He argued but she wouldn’t listen. So far Queen Kel had not tried to prevent them from communicating, as if she wanted Callie to be well aware of Brodey’s pain and suffering. Throwing her off guard; second guessing her decisions. Katelin was able to convince her father, at least, to join the battle against Queen Kel and stand with them during the transfer of Callie for Brodey. Queen Kel was unaware of how close to the rendezvous point Callie and her groups were. This meant that they could reach it quicker and set up a trap since she didn’t trust Kel. Nor was the Queen aware of the Midwest group that had joined them. The Midwest group would stay just out of wolf senses range until called upon. What Callie and her advisor’s hadn’t counted on was a traitor in their midst. Just as the trade was taking place, she had Brodey in the hands of her people when the traitor warned Queen Kel of the trap. After losing several lives in the battle, with twice as many badly wounded, the rest of Callie’s group of wolves barely made it out alive.
The battle rages on though out but Callie stands strong, still learning how to proceed as a royal who had never been trained for the position. There had been some mistakes made, with less wolves and fear for those she loved as well as those under her protection, Callie’s uncertainly about winning against a viscous, cold blooded, killer plagued her at times. Kel’s cold-blooded methods meant ruling by domination and the magic of others whom she held under her control. Callie knew that defeating Kel was the only way to bring peace to all the territories around them but at what cost. Too many were counting her on. Could she truly defeat Queen Kel? For a good bit during the first part of the tale Brodey wasn’t physically there but we heard him and felt him through Callie’s connection to him, which was what kept her going. Many of the characters from the first to books are back, their very distinct personalities enliven, arouse emotions, cause a good deal of angst and some humor to lighten this war-ravaged land. Queen Kel could give Voldemort a run for his money; she was definitely an evil, power-hungry genius. But like many her power over others was not from loyalty but from fear and dark magic. Once again there is romance and not only between Callie and Brodey, other characters as well find their mates during these turbulent times. There is death, twists and turns, uncertainty, emotions that run high and angst that had me swiftly turning pages to see what would happen next. I learned to expect the unexpected and loved every minute of it. I highly recommend this finale of “The Twisted Fate” trilogy but get ready for a wild ride. I received an advanced reader’s copy of this book in return for my unguarded opinion.
This addition is my review of the audio version of the book. This is the end. The battle continues to the bitter finish, Caroline stumbles and Queen Kel is always one step ahead. No matter what, surrendering herself and her people isn't an option, nor can she leave Bodey to his fate. Functioning on a competent level without her mate beside her is taking its toll on Caroline. Pain, sorrow, loss, fear and anger as the story picks up from “Eclipsed Heart”, Bodey is in the cruel hands of Queen Kel. She demands Caroline surrender herself, to relinquish her crown, and turn her people over to Queen Kel’s rule. Caroline would gladly trade herself for Bodey to stop his pain, to save him, but she knows Queen Kel would simply kill them both. She is not to be trusted. So many mistakes; so many of her people have perished, the cost of battling someone as unprincipled and evil as Queen Kel is taking its toll. But the traitor in their midst has cost Caroline trust in her own decisions and perhaps the trust of some of her people. There is ongoing action, loss of friends, uncertainty of how to defeat Queen Kel without losing those closest to Caroline or even more of her people. Becoming Queen isn't easy; she has taken too many missteps, Kel is winning. As I listened to Lila Winters narration, I got pulled further into a story whose characters and plight had already become part of my book family, ones I love. Now I felt like I was living it, walking side by side with those fighting for those they love, their reality and their very lives. Lila Winters has a slightly husky intonation in her voice that helped me envision not only the characters but what they are feeling at the time. Her voice is clear, her pace well done. I had no problem hearing, understanding, or following along with her, even while driving in my car with outside sounds. If you enjoy paranormal romance with spice, drama, action and suspense this is one to spend time with. I was given access to an advanced copy of this audio for my honest option of the narration.

I hate when a series gets progressively worse as it goes along. Character reactions are off: MC's parents are murdered, but other character expects this murderer to stay on as an advisor. This world is based on ours, these characters interact with the human world. There's no way this is a genuine reaction. MC gets blamed for things that can't possibly be her fault, but everyone acts like it is. Only ONE character is proactive in the conflict, but he doesn't clue anyone in. It's weird, it's jarring, and I strongly dislike it. I was hoping this would be so much better than it was. YMMV. Happy reading.
I kinda sorta enjoyed the storyline, but I didn't like any of the characters. Especially the main character. I kept waiting to see her strength, but it didn't happen.
Good conclusion. Great fight scenes, good character development. But damn, way too much detail. I don’t care where all fourteen characters sit around the room. Nor do I care which vehicle each individual character gets in. 🤦♀️ This book could have been at least 1/3 shorter.
Ugh! I blame Kindle Unlimited for recommending this series over and over again. I was weak and caved and shouldn't have.
I'll admit I did want to see how it all ended so I'll give them that.
But there were so many things annoying about this series. 1. Callie is annoying as shit. And she was right to think she didn't deserve to be queen cause she didn't. 2. Callie and Bodey constantly calling each other babe or baby. Super annoying. I hate babe... be a little more unique. (Plus in the last book it was literally every other time they said something to each other) 3. The constant talking in each others heads. How often were they all just sitting there in silence while everyone had conversations in there heads instead of out loud? Just stupid. I understand that could be useful for when you needed to be sneaky but not while your all sitting in the same damn room. 4. There is no sense of urgency from Callie or Bodey. "Someone's under attack?! We should probably sit here and talk about it in our heads and argue over who is going, make out, consider having sex. Oh that's right.. someone is dying." 5. The nuzzling and stroking and bullshit was constant. Can you not keep it in your pants for a few minutes while you discuss war? PDA is fine but when it's all the time it's not believable.
this book seriously broke me and not in a good way. I never fought my way through a book like this, I could barely motivate myself to read it. would this be the first in the series, i wouldn't continue reading it.
everything that is kinda built in the first book was kept so shallow in the last book it's unreal to me. the male main role is held captive and being rescued, he's unrecognizable and beaten to a pulp and the first thing they do is having sexy time? 😀 like the author had the chance to put depth into her characters, giving them a place to grow but she took the shallow road, which made these characters seem silly and immature. the main pair irritated me so much that i skipped mostly every part of them where they interacted bc she said smth, he wasn't a fan of her opinion, she took his opinion as her own telling him she loved him 😀 what is this ?
honestly, my pure will to get closure on this book made me power through this book. if you want immature characters, without any depth, genuine feelings and a shallow relationship, this book is for you.

I definitely tried to get into this story, and while it was ok, it’s not my favorite shifter fantasy romance. I do think the spicy scenes were done fantastically, but the story line didn’t pull me in and propel me to keep reading like other stories have. The Moon Touched shifter series was incredible and I couldn’t stop reading. This series, I felt like I had to force myself to finish it. I don’t DNF books really ever, and I did want to know what was going to happen with the main villain, but I picked up and finished three other book while reading this one.
This book was terrible. I genuinely enjoyed the first two but by the end of this one I was skimming through the words just so I could finish it. Every “twist” was predictable, every sex scene was an exact copy from the previous two books. Every character was one dimensional and it was riddled with plot holes and spelling mistakes. Even referring as the Oxbow pack which has been a part of the story since book one as Oxford multiple times. The first two weren’t literary works of art but at least they were enjoyable. This was so dry and predictable that I could not physically enjoy reading it.
Whew!!! Where do I even begin! Kel and Brodey are my favorites. This was a fast pace listen that kept me on the edge of my seat. I felt like the author did a wonderful job with all of the dangers that Kel and Brodey had to face and to protect her people. The narrator by Lila Winters, does a wonderful job portraying Kel and portraying many of the characters in the book. I was engaged till the very end! If you're looking for a steamy, suspenseful shifter series with heart, be sure to check this one out!
I should have stopped reading the series after book 1, but I kept hoping for each next book to have redeeming qualities. The fight scenes will bore you to tears, and the never ending references to songs and lyrics will make you roll your eyes. I love music and its therapeutic tendencies, but this book/series missed the mark on so many levels. The storyline had some potential but it was wasted on corny predictability. Unless you need to pass time while listening to a book that doesn’t require your full attention to follow the storyline… I would pass on this entire series.
SYNOPSIS (of 3 Book Series): The story is set in a world where shifters exist but humans do not know about them. Each region of the North Western states is overseen by a Royal Advisor. There used to be a king and queen but they were killed in a fire and their son, who survived, is just about to be crowned king. The FC, Callie, is the runt of the pack who is unable to shift. She was brought into the pack one day when she was 7 by the pack Alpha who is also a Royal Advisor and given to a shifter family to adopt. She is bullied by the pack her whole life as well as her sister and the pack Alpha. One day when she is out walking she is attacked by her sister and her boyfriend and is saved by the 4 Royal Advisers. Ultimately they take her away from her pack and she learns that her wolf was bound by magic and she is not who she thought she was. The story arcs over the development of her relationship with the MC and the fight the North West Territory is having with the South Western Queen who wants to take over the North Western Territory as well as who Ava actually is.
Heat Level: 🌶️🌶️/🍆🍆🍆 This is a slow burn but the amount of heat picks up as the series progress and the number of scenes increases. There’s no kink but the scenes are hot and add depth to the relationship of the FC/Mc
The story starts well. It’s certainly not unique and instead ticks all the standard trope boxes with the FC starting as the weak wolf who is bullied and put down and then turns into the strong, kick ass wolf with a mysterious background. The FC is strong and feisty and the MC is very likeable. The story arc develops the relationship between the MC and FC well with sufficient backstory being dropped in to add interest as well as a gradual evolution of Callie’s history and a strong supporting cast.
Whilst there is a good amount of drama and action the story seems to stall and go into a holding pattern for a while. It became repetitive with the constant attacks by the South Western Queen and the story felt like it was in limbo for a while, The fight scenes were well written but unfortunately, because there were so many of them, they became repetitive and boring. The final climax was well written and exciting although it came a bit out of the blue considering the FC had done nothing but then suddenly decided to take action with limited planning. The author dragged the story out and it would have been better to have spent a bit more time building up the ending.
The attempt at a plot twist in Book 2 didn’t make sense to me. The author was clearly going for dramatic effect but it didn’t gel with the previous actions of the individual and then the turn around justification at the end of Book 3 really didn’t work and was again, clearly intended to be a plot twist and intended to create drama.
The supporting cast of characters were fun and well developed adding good depth to the story even if they were a bit stereotypical with the quiet one and the fun one etc. Unfortunately whilst I initially found Jack to be fun and amusing he quickly began to wear with his antics and some of his comments and actions were far to juvenile for a supposed Royal Advisor responsible for his own region. It also became ridiculous with the amount of apparent fated mates that suddenly appeared.
I felt there were gaps in the ending and explanations missed. We never really found out why the South Western Queen behaved as she did or why she treated her fated mate as she did. It made no sense. I also wanted her to get a bit more justice after everything she had gone through, it was all a bit quick in the end.
Overall this was a fun trilogy with a good story but it would have done better as a duet.
The Twisted Fate Trilogy concludes with the third book in the series, Chosen Destiny. It was a good read with loads of challenges the characters had to overcome.
I was surprised to find Calli still struggling in the final book. By now most had a magic bullet and the MFC became a badass but Callie was more relatable. She struggled making decisions and it didn't help that the guys around her (not purposely) caused her to second guess herself. I liked the fact that Calli led with her heart. Calli stood with her people, admitted to her mistakes, and listened to the advice of those she trusted. Calli may be new to power but she is a good.
Bodey went through some stuff physically and mentally, and through that experience, he has grown. Bodey was never a bad guy but through some self-reflection, he has made some decisions that will make him even better. He has taken the steps to become a better mate to Calli and a better leader. The bond Calli and Bodey have is stronger than ever.
There was a load of developments in this book. One Queen Kel is channeling a true villain..she is hellbent on world domination and the monologs alone make me want to hit her. However, I hate to say it, Kel is still a powerhouse which is causing all kinds of problems. Then through in powerful Goddess, alliances, revelations, and a betrayal things were wild. On a better note, there were some pairings and Jack was still his loveable goofy self. He showed a deeper side (for only a second) of himself and it made me see him in a whole new light.
Wow! Chosen Destiny was a great conclusion to the Twisted series. This series was a little different from what Jen usually does and it kept me guessing until the very end and what an explosive ending it was. Jen kept me hanging until the very last minute. Finally confirmed some of my suspicions and a lot of other questions were answered. I'm looking forward to Jen's next series.
Like other reviewers said, these three books were clearly created as YA fiction and then the protagonists' ages were moved to their early to mid-twenties to add (?) the sex scenes. Unfortunately, there are still so many issues with the books that really do not work for YA fiction. My biggest issue is that while the main female character is always at the forefront of the action every other (poorly sketched) female character is relegated to doing housework and fretting while the dads and their male counterparts are always thrown in the action and take part in strategizing. That's a rather ageist view of feminism and a very narrow understanding of female empowerment. Another smaller but very irritating issue was the very bad timing of some of the comments made by the male character's posse. The comments were often about sex but most importantly they were made during times when serious issues were discussed, like people dying or being injured. If this was meant as comedic relief then it was very inappropriately timed as it only exacerbated the immaturity of the characters. Another issue for me were the cliffhangers at the end of each chapter and at the end of the novels. I get that they managed to do what they set out to do as devices: they made me read all three of the novels, but I thoroughly resented being so manipulated as a reader and I will not be reading any more of this author's work because of the two points I just mentioned. Perhaps I'm the wrong demographic for this book but I've enjoyed much (decent) YA fiction and these books really didn't work for me.
Well, it’s an ending… There was a lot of repetitiveness and things that you could obviously tell were in there for the word count.
Callie was horribly written in this one. The author made her incredibly stupid. For example, she has an opportunity to kill Kel at about maybe halfway in the book, maybe a little past that. She is standing a foot or so from her in the river and she barely grazes her cheek with a knife, swinging her hand out. She didn’t even try to strike an artery or a killing point. Then she stood and watched as Kel ordered her strongest wolves shot and killed. While she’s still standing that close. It’s written as if she’s afraid she will be shot, but has her say in the middle of this standing still moment that she would die to protect her people… Make it make sense.
I can’t recommend this book at all. There is no logic to it at all. It can’t understand why:
1. Michael didn’t immediately start tutoring her when she became queen. It’s clear she knows nothing. 2. She never attempted to alpha-will or alpha command the enemy wolves to have them stand down. 3. Her tattoo was moving and different from the others’. 4. She suddenly decided to believe that Zeke was innocent after hearing about Salem when she knew she was brought to Oxbow by Zeke and not to Lynerd’s pack.
There are many more but it’s almost 2am. See my notes, highlights and commentary on Goodreads. Happy reading!
why didn’t they kill Zeke? the guy murdered the royal family and then kept the princess hidden for 17 years so he could abuse and mistreat her, suppressing her wolf and concealing her true identity. I waited 3 WHOLE books for this manchild to get his just desserts, only for a powerful, vicious wolf pack to suddenly get sentimental on me and rule out execution in favour of “imprisonment” - which just looks like Zeke tagging along with babysitters? are you kidding me? call me bloodthirsty, but that is the most unsatisfying conclusion ever.
moving on, the plot in this one was marginally better than book 2, but only because we got a resolution and Queen Kel was finally offed in the last 10% of the book. abrupt, but effective - even if it was anticlimatic. the other 90% was basically a repeat of book 2; lots of attacks against Callie’s crew, with Kel holding all the agency and everyone else just responding. apart from these minor flareups of conflict, this book had basically no other substance. ergo, not majorly thrilling, but the dynamic between Callie, Badey, the other royal advisors and their families at least provided some lighthearted entertainment.
finally, I don’t like Theo, I will probably never like Theo, and I don’t think he should end up alpha of a pack, or with Jasmine as a mate. the guy is spineless, whiny, self-centred and has the emotional radar of a gnat.

I liked the first. The second was also ok but I was feeling the drag. I read the final book to finish the story but I did not enjoy it. I just wanted to see how Queen Kel fell.
I thought the spicy scenes were more than enough. After a couple or so, I get it. They’re fated mates. More bedroom scenes does not add any more value to the story. So I skipped many of those.
At some point in the series, Callie was starting to get under my skin. The need to protect her mate and vice versa without thinking through the consequences got old. You’re a monarch fated to a strong alpha. That has to count for some level of leadership and intelligence ingrained in your being, at least act according to some sense.
The internal monologues in the middle of battle was excessive and ruined fight scenes. I can’t imagine someone in the middle of a battle allows herself to get distracted by her mate’s body.
Lastly, the characters that popped out of nowhere in the middle of the series made me wonder if they were planned at all. The Midwest Kingdom came up and I was surprised. Was that part of the whole story all along? Lynerd’s undercover job too. SMH.
Chosen Destiny picked up exactly where book 2 finished. Straight away the story continued with plenty of action, reveals and turmoil.
Callie was very different to many of the MFC that we are used to seeing. She continued to second guess herself throughout this story as well. She was still strong, loyal, likeable and a good leader but likely due to her upbringing didn’t trust her own decisions until towards the end of this story.
I really liked book 1 and 2 in this trilogy but this book was definitely my favourite and I really loved Chosen Destiny. It was such a well written story and tied up so many loose ends in a really clever way.
I loved the development of all of the different characters and really loved reading the love story between Callie and Bodey. This book had it all – lost memories, a hidden past, betrayal, romance, found family, friendship, action and spicy bits!
This was easily a 5 star read for me and I really loved reading this trilogy.
✨ book 1 & 2 were also 5⭐️ reads but out of the 3 great books in this trilogy, book 3 was my favourite 🥰
I don't know if I should feel like I wasted my time or if I should suck it up and tell myself that I should have lowered my expectations. I found many things weird about this book and I don't know if it's just me.
- An advisor left their region but it was never explained to us how he left! Out of everything that was repeated, there should have been room for this explanation.
- There were fated mates popping up here and there and we didn't even see the reason for that. Neither did it help anyone at the end of the day (except if you want to count only the Queen & King).
- Kel locked up her fated mate and had him tortured but she was fine and all even when Callie's wolf was blocked and she met Bodey, he couldn't stand to see her in mind, so what was missing?
Truthfully, this story had a lo of potential but after Book 1, it became a mess. Not sure I trust this author enough to read another book but I'll try because I want to believe this is just the only series that didn't meet my expectations and more work was put into the others.

I was in the mood for a good shifter romance and I have to say this one hit the spot I usually review a book right after I’ve read it to give a better review of the single book but once I started I just could not put it down I read the entire 3 book series in 5 days.
Chosen destiny: Callie’s drive to save not only her fated mate but also her people made me see how much she’d grown. This entire series has been one heck of a show fighting enemies gaining allies! Callie has shown herself to be the best true queen always looking for others opinions on whatever it is she’s doing shows that not only she cares about her people but that she always wants to do right by them! As a queen should! Bodey by her side and her allies rallied with her they take out the threat and live a happy life!
I gobbled this series up so fast! I just couldn’t put it down every book had you needing to read the next and I absolutely loved it! Supportive mmc , growing fmc, the emotions! I loved it!
