I craved something different. Multiple hands. Multiple men. Sharing me. Sharing each other. I didn’t expect to wake up after a night I barely remembered with a curse tattooed on my arm and matching ones on the three men in my bed. The huge hearted rock star. The emotionless band manager. The secretive bodyguard. Four makes us whole. If one leaves, we all fall. Now we’re stuck together. And while we’re hot in bed, in real life, there are too many unspoken truths to ever make this work. So, I left. I mean, curses aren’t real, right? What’s the worst that can happen?
Esme is a 40 something romance author from the North East of England. She started writing romance during lockdown and developed a love of crafting stories about tattooed broken boys and the relationships that help them heal. Esme writes all sorts of tropes, but one theme runs through her books - love comes in all shapes and sizes and her stories celebrate that.
Wow, wow, wow... This is hands down the best RH I've read. The story was beautifully written. Three MMC and one FMC. A rockstar, band manager, bodyguard, and event planner cursed to be together forever, or so they believe.
This had everything and so much more. I was drawn in from the start, and it got better and better as it went on. The spice and chemistry were absolute fire.
I don't want to spoil anything because this needs to be read and experienced without having anything spoiling it. All I will say is, if you like, why choose RH, Forced Proximity. This is the book for it.
Share me is such a great read. I loved the complex relationship between Fox, Lea, Dawson and Marshall. It’s weird how RH is so accepted in fantasy books but when it comes to just real life, people tend to not be comfortable with it. In my opinion I think it’s awesome and so wholesome when people have so much love to give that they can love more than one person. In this case, whether a curse brought them together or just life, they will only get stronger. I’m also definitely a fan of sword crossing, so this whole book was a 10/10 for me !!
I just finished Share Me and I can 100% verify that Esme Taylor has magical powers!! There were several moments I thought were going to absolutely break me. But as always she wove her magical writing powers and put me back together again. This is one of the most beautiful, emotional and sexy Polyamorous books I have ever read. The way she writes and make these characters so believable, it makes me itch to look up their Instagram and check in and see how they are doing! A truly phenomenal read! 5⭐️ 5🌶️!! I cannot wait to till the physical copies are out and I can proudly have it on my bookshelf 😊😊😊
Reverse harem MMMF....that intrigued me, everyone all in.
This is the second book and I probably should've started at the begining, but I've been lazy of late and wanting to read only parts that interest me, so it read okay as a standalone, but there are other characters mentioned, presumably from prior book(s).
Fox is the rockgod 🤟 Dawson is his manager🤑, Marshall is the American bodyguard 💪and Lea is an event planner🧚♀️. After one drunken night, they find themsleves cursed by a witch, all wearing matching tattoos and the threat that they must all 'stay together' or they will face their demise if anyone leaves....
When you have four individuals bringing everything to the table and trying to make it mesh, it's hard work...seriously! The curse certainly didn't help, if anything, it made everything more difficult as it felt like they were only together because of the curse...
Apart from the (great) sex 🥵, they didn't work well as a unit. They could've learnt more from their night time shennigans, the communication (and the nicknames) needed to follow into daylight hours...There was just a lot of baggage to unpack , Dawson and Marshall drove me do lally tap! Eventually, the secrets had to come out, and it took a near death experience for truths and trust and a solid foundation.
It ended on a strong HFN. The surprise family was a sweet touch, and it left me content.
And it's true about Thomas, he pops up everywhere....😂
This is book 2 in the Alchemy Myth series. Bind me being the first book in the series.
I would certainly recommend any book by Esme, she is a fairly new Author to me and I haven't managed to read all her books yet but the ones I have read have been so good. This story is So complex but written so well and it comes together brilliantly, Each characters story is told from their POV, but you also get the other characters view. So there is the 4 main characters, Fox the Rockstar, Lea the event planner, Dawson Alchemy Myth manager and Marshall the bodyguard. You would think it would get confusing but believe me it doesn't that's why I said it comes together brilliantly. There is a lot going on with twists, turns and secrets, oh and we can't forget the spice. Once you start reading you aren't going to want to put it down until it's finished, then you will wish you hadn't read it in one sitting. If you haven't read Bind me I would start with that one first it's not necessary but characters cross over and I think it makes for better reading. I loved both books there are so many emotions coming from these it's amazing, any book you can lose yourself in is a good in my book and you can certainly lose yourself in these.
Lea has always had a thing with Fox. Ever since they messed with Charlie, Fox fell for her.
So it’s inevitable that they’re gonna happen, but we didn’t see the gorgeous band manager coming in sneakily. He has a few secrets which he keeps close but they could just tear this thruple apart.
So what happens when a good looking bodyguard who swears he’s not into men, gets involved too. And he has a lot of secrets but the only person he’s hurting with keeping them quiet is himself.
But then a night out has a strange ending.
Four makes us whole, if one leaves, the others fall. New tattooes and a curse. What in the heck happened?
Alchemy Myth are mishchief and this book is all about Fox who’s one of the band members.
He’s a likeable character in the story, although I do like Dawson with all his struggles too.
Lea is such a busy bee, her work is chaos but she has a good team and Marshall just breaks your heart. And when you get to learn what his struggles are, it’ll break yours.
Gods of Melody has been my top series of all time so I love how they come back in here and there in this series. But this book will have you sitting shocked with your heart in your mouth and on the edge of your seat on so many occasions.
I honestly don’t know where to start with this review, there are so many reasons why you need to run to not only add this to your TBR, but you need to start reading it today!
This is an MMFM to MMMF rockstar romance with all the shminks and a massive side of fate. And as ever Esme will angst you (although not as much this time) and make you fall in love with these traumatised broken boys and the woman who will put them back together.
You have mental health rep, queer exploration, neurodivergent rep, BD$M and Power Exchange and it goes on!
And the plot! What’s happens in New Orleans apparently ends up tattooed on you after a drunken night out and leaves you manoeuvring around a curse that binds you all together.
Please please please read it and if the above isn’t enough to convince you then just know it’s one of the hottest books I’ve read all year.
Oh and if you haven’t already read it, start with Bind Me. Is this series interconnected standalones? Yes! But if you want to know what’s going on concurrently with all the side characters ALWAYS read Esme’s books in order. They’re all awesome so it’s not like this is a chore!
This book was so good, I could not put it down. It has all the goodies, light BDSM elements, group play, daddy and sir, fared mates (kinda), some conflict and ultimately a HEA. I loved how the FMC and her guys really had to grow and develop individually in order for their group to work.
We follow Lea, an event planner and her developing relationship with Fox the rock god, Dawson his band manager, and Marshals the American bodyguard. After a rocky start to their relationship they accidentally get cursed one night, causing them to stay together otherwise something bad may happen. They will have to fight to figure out if they can make the best of their situation or fall to the curse. Conflicts will arise and secrets will be told.
This was a good unexpected plot, almost like forced proximity with a good side of smut. Lea is such a strong FMC and definitely knows what she wants throughout the whole book. The guys are so good but definitely get much better once they get their ish figured out.
Share Me by Esme Taylor is book two in the Alchemy Myth series. It is a rock star MMMF why choose romance. This story is told from the four main characters POVs, can be read as a stand alone, has a HEA and no cliffhanger for these characters. There are characters from the previous book and another series (Gods of Melody) in this book, however the author gives just enough back story that you won’t feel lost.
This story is about Lea, Dawson, Fox and Marshall. Fox is in a famous band called Alchemy Myth, Dawson is the bands manager, Marshall is a body guard and Lea is a party planner.
This is another beautifully written love story that has all the feels – Oh My Wow the scorching chemistry, some angst, humor, twists and turns that you do not expect, and characters that you will fall in love with.
I recommend this book and the previous series, trust me it will be a great reading experience.
The second in the Alchemy Myth books and it is a must read. Three men, a woman, and a love story that has no bounds. We meet Fox a rockstar with Alchemy Myth, Dawson, Marshall and Lea who all work around the band. All are so different and some have secrets they are not willing to share, yet together they work. Each character's story is told from their POV as well as the other characters view. Esme has written each character so cleverly that in spite of their faults you can't help but love them. Add to the mix a curse, tattoos with hidden meaning, twists and turns and lots of spice, these guys are off the charts hot, and we have a book you won't be able to put down. If you haven't already grab Bind Me the first in this series. It isn't absolutely necessary but you will meet some of the characters who show up in this book and get to know them as well. Esme writes with such passion she makes you fall in love time and time again.
I read a lot of RH books and I gotta say, this is one of the best ones I have ever read! Full disclosure, I love this author and all of her books but this one was in a league of it’s own. I loved how she developed each character and the independent relationships between each of the characters. I really got a feel about how their relationship could work and god, this made the read soo much hotter! This book had me from page 1 right to the end and still has a good grip on my heart. Sigh, I wish I could start all over again as if I had never read it just to experience this read again.
I love this Rock Star world and can’t get enough of them. I can’t wait to see what Charlie is up to because of all the juicy Easter Eggs the author has left for us in this book. Bravo Esme Taylor, Bravo!!!
Not rating but will give a review for (my personal) future reference. The style of writing was not for me. It is rare that I do not finish a book, so I want to understand why when I recap my reading for the year.
Feel free to keep reading but know that it is my personal opinion and it is clear there are many that love the book and the author’s style!
It seemed to bounce around a lot between the characters and had too many plot lines going to make it cohesive and truly capture my interest. It seemed like the main focus was the sexual relationships rather than developing the plot. Don’t get me wrong - I love smut but really would rather either a smut forward book with easy plot line or take the time to develop the storyline first and mix in some smut. It just seemed very young style of writing that was throwing things in to hit some tropes.
Although this book could be read as a stand-alone, I would recommend reading it after 'Bind Me' as the storylines and timelines overlap. The timeline for this book starts about halfway through 'Bind Me'. This series is also linked to the Cosmic Gods series, and we see some of those characters making an appearance.
The book is well written and is written from 4 points of view, MMMF), which can complicate the story at times. There are also plenty of teasers as to what may happen in the next book in the series, 'Play Me', which I cannot wait to read!
Wow!!! I just. I needed a moment before I could write my review. This book was so beautifully written and everything I could ever want.
You ever have a book that keeps you so on edge but is also filled with so many sweet moments that you can’t help but fall in love with all of the characters. That would be Share Me. This book is by far one of the best RH’S I’ve read. It was full of so many intense emotions and the chemistry between all of them…. WOW!!!! If you love why choose and forced proximity then pick this book up right now.
Book two in the Alchemy Myth Rockstar series. This is a why choose MMMF story with a twist.
I really loved this story because it was so different. It is jam packed with spice. Full of emotion, attempts to break down barriers due to secrets and scars from the past.
It keeps you gripped from the first words to the last. If you haven't read Bind Me, then you need to, and then read Share Me, you won't be disappointed.
This was the first book i’ve read by Esme Taylor and it won’t be the last. This book was insane but I love that! It’s the second in the series and can be read as a standalone but I will definitely be going back to read the first one as I really like all the characters. Love a why choose romance and I appreciated that one of the characters was autistic and represented quite accurately! Lots of spice!!
I really liked this book. It’s the first book I’ve read from the author. Although it’s a standalone I’m going to read the first one in the series to get a better layout over the whole series. I’m looking forward to reading more books from the author. I just love Lea and her men Fox, Dawson and Marshall. Trying to navigate their relationship while having some curse as well. It hooked me in right from the beginning.
✨ Why Choose / Reverse Harem ✨ MMMF (MF/MM/MMM/MMMF) ✨ Fated Soul Mates ✨ Rockstar Romance ✨ Single Dad ✨ Forced Proximity ✨ Surprise Pregnancy ✨ Spicy AF ;-)
This is the second book in the Alchemy Myth serie (please go read Bind Me that story is also amazing). You can read Share Me as a standalone. If you love Why Choose books with MM, your are going to love this book.
>> I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review <<
Esme Taylor is a new author for me and let me tell you, she does not disappoint. This story had all the feels, it was well written with believable characters. It was interesting reading from 4 different perspectives and helped me get to know the characters much quicker. The sexy scenes were hot, hot, HOT. Looking forward to Charlie’s story now, as I’ve already read Nee and Archer. Thoroughly recommend this book, read you won’t be disappointed.
I am literally obsessed with this book! Thank you so much to Casey for recommending this to me it was unreal. The spice in this book is just hot hot hot!! It’s MMMF a lot of swords crossing with a bucket load of angst and sexual tension. There’s forced proximity, curses and mysterious tattoos! The men in this book were seriously hot but the stand out for me was Marshall, the hot muscled alpha bodyguard with his own secrets and guilt that he’s holding onto. Such an amazing read!
This did not have a story. I was very confused about the blurb. I found it very vague, but that is really what the book is about. They get cursed to stay together so that is what they do. Around 90% of this book is smut, and I have to admit it has been done really well. The author's stickmen drawings while writing this book have worked great. So if that is something you're looking for then definitely go for this book, but if you're looking for a story then I don't recommend it.
Another great book with all the characters from the other books, if you want pure spice and steam you won’t be disappointed with this. A lot of emotions throughout this book each person has a story the start nearly broke me I literally held my breath throughout the book. Suspense and surprises along the way. Great book with more to come.
Wow wow wow wow This book! This book was so freaking good. I was hooked from the prologue. These characters are so unique but they are meant to be together they heal each other in ways only they can.
Esme realy outdid this book and if you are a lover of why choose romance, broken characters, a curse, then this is for you!!
I absolutely adore everything that Esme writes. I love rockstar romances and I loved everything about this book. It made me want to be in the rockstar world even more than I already did. I can’t wait for the next book. I need to know what happened with Fern and Charlie. I also need to cuddle with Dawson, he was my favorite.
I had to have a little break after reading this book, what a book hangover! Such a crazy mental book but in a good way and I messed up I read this one first then no 1 but it didn’t have any spoilers so it was ok. Very imaginative I sat there sometimes and was like how with a big smile on my face. Brilliant book fantastic series
Enjoying this series, both the first book and this one, I’ve got the 3rd downloaded and ready to read next. But with this book..Lea’s great and all but man, Marshall and Dawson’s interactions were like crack to me! Absolutely loved those two in this book.
Lots of spice but the story isn’t neglected and it’s an interesting story. Overall, good fun sexy read.
This is my first Rock star book and I loved it! I love how the characters are broken and between them they start to heal. It has romance, it has erotism, it has secrets, it has Misticicism.
Another phenomenal release by Esme Taylor. Her books just get better and better. What's the only thing better than a hot rockstar? A whole bunch! I absolutely loved this book and will be adding it to my collection.
Wow!! I think this is the steamy book I have ever read! This story grab me from the start and keep me Hook even after I was done, talk about a book hangover! Esme has a very dark, twisted and very steamy imagination! Can’t wait To read more of her dark, steamy and twisted work!!
Just a random recommendation for this book and I’m so glad! This was a true love story with all MC’s loving each other! So so good! My first read of this author but not my last!
