Rate this book
He is rude, arrogant and the bane of my existence.
Did I mention he is everyone else's favorite office sweetheart?
This charming mess of a human being is named Jackson Ekland. Is he turn the vibrate up to maximum kind of handsome? Yes. Is he one of the best friggin lawyers at McDavis, Boyd and Orderly? Yes. Does his magnetic smile and unbelievably attractive personality draw people in like planets orbiting the sun? Unfortunately, Yes. The only planet I can think of when I think of Jackson Uranus. And I have been competing with this Uranus for what feels like an eternity at our law firm. His main purpose in life is to see how many women he can get to fall in love with him. So far? It's every one he meets, except me. Jackson and I could not be more opposite... He is single, I am a single mom. He is carefree, I am careful. He insanely unpredictable, and I am beyond predictable -- even my geriatric neighbors go out on Friday nights. The only thing we have in common is that we are both lawyers. But, when a series of unfortunate events catapults Jackson into single dad-dom... We realize we have a lot more in common than we think, and soon I can't help but feel that gravitational pull. Not to mention my daughter and his new son become inseparable. Making it almost impossible to stay away from him, and damn does daddy look good on him. So good in fact our chemistry is damn near illegal. My rational brain is telling me that our relationship should be case closed. But, my lonely heart is begging for a plea bargain. And when our passion turns into two unexpected pink lines... I can't help but worry that this is one verdict I may need to keep secret... Authors 18+ Mr. Accidental is a funny, spicy, enemies to lovers romance fueled with hate, love and a whole lot of passion. These two office opposites soon begin to realize that their chemistry actually may be off the charts, but can these two single parents over come all the obstacles that stand in their way? This book is a standalone and comes complete with everything you want in romance love, laughs, steam and the perfect HEA.

Not My Type of Humor . . .

Zoe has a 5-year-old daughter, Cassidy, who has turned from sweetness to obstinate, not wanting her mother to leave and threatening to misbehave for Zoe’s mom who was watching her. By the time Zoe got to work, there was a line formed to get into the parking garage! Once at her desk, she heard the copier making odd sounds, so she went to help… but it was working, making copies of the office secretary's bottom as she sat on the copier kissing Jackson Ekland, Zoe’s co-worker and mortal enemy. It was Erica making the “odd sounds” that were now explainable. Jackson was messing with the secretary to get information about new cases, so he headed for the 80-year-old boss’ office to grab a high profile case he knew about. Zoe figured out what he was doing and raced him there, only to find their boss dead, watching porn on his computer as he went out with a “bang”…

This is not a book that I seemed to enjoy since I frowned through most of it. I enjoy humor, but these attempts at making it funny did nothing for me. We all laugh at different things, so another reader may love it. It just wasn’t a good match to my preferences. Three stars is meant to indicate an average story, not as a negative against it.

Jackson is the hey look at me single and mingling type in the office . Zoe is single mom to Cassidy and knuckle down with her job in the office of the law firm they both work at. Polar opposites except when they soon have a lot more in common , the offspring are expanding when he is literally left holding his son suddenly a single father. They share a common ground and their children get along… Zoe may have just taken on more than she bargained for and a couple of lines on a stick choose the verdict…. Love on the battlefield or an open and shut case. Well written story.

They were colleagues in the same law firm. Zoe has a unique way of approaching her cases whereas Jackson was a by any means necessary to win kind of guy. When two cases happening in the office rubs Jackson the wrong way he hands in his resignation and offers his services to the clients which puts Zoe in an uncomfortable position. Will they find a way to work around these issues and get their chance to see where their relationship takes them. This story kept me glued to the pages.

Zoey and Jackson are both lawyers working at the same law firm, but they are rivals. Zoey is known for never showing any emotion and being terrible at lying, while Jackson is very charming and can convince almost any woman of anything. Zoey has a daughter named Cassidy, and Jackson has a son named Jude who was just recently revealed. Together, they are in for an unforgettable journey. This story has the good ol' boy attitude in the office plus plenty of romance and steam, ending in a HEA. Very highly recommended.

I liked how Jackson and Zoe were opposites but quickly find out they have more in common than they think. Zoe is a single mom and Jackson finds out he has a son out of the blue. Despite the two starting out as complete opposites, I think they worked well together. I am a fan of the enemies to lovers romance and this one was a great read. Thank you to Madison Bailey and Booksprout for the advanced copy.

He is so insufferable that it drives her mad, he is single while she is a single mum. He is about to make her think about him in very different ways when he comes to her rescue. What is going to happen? How will it all change? See how it will all go.

This enemy-to-lovers romance is entertaining and filled with humor, drama, chemistry, unexpected parenthood, and a possible HEA. The MCs are determined, intelligent, vying for the same promotion, and have attraction. This is an engaging and enjoyable book. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review,

This book had me feeling all sorts of emotions. The way Zoe and Jackson are with each at first in their law office together I could see why she didn’t like him. Then when things progressed and they made a deal with each other, he acted like a totally different person. This book kept me going and was so hard to put down. They make such a wonderful team and all it took was some trust and love.

To find someone that makes you a better person is something to hold onto. In their case they not only make each other better but they make a great team. I can see why things were hard for her since she hasn't had someone to support her like he does. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for them.
