Fortunately, we have an agreement. One where I rarely have to see her and she pretends I don’t exist.

Everything’s fine.
Until she’s kidnapped by a sadistic Vampire Alpha hell-bent on turning her into his own personal Omega blood bag.

Now I’m the only one who can hear her screams.
And I’m really f-cking pissed off.

I might not want her as a mate. But she’s mine.

Mine to protect.
Mine to avenge.
Mine to hunt .

I’m coming for you.

I’ll hand you the silver blade,
And watch you slay.

My Review

This was another good addition to the series and as usual, this was a well-written and easy read. This also can easily be read as a stand-alone but would definitely be appreciated more if read directly after blood sector as the two stories do share some common events. We were introduced to both Lorcan and Kyra previously and the origins of their mating of convenience did begin in that previous book, here though we do start at the beginning so no prior exposure is necessary to follow along.

Kyra is second in command at the sanctuary it’s a secret refuge for Omegas of which she is also one. Her backstory is a tragic one but she has managed to rise above her circumstances taking control of her own destiny and the last thing she wants now is another Alpha trying to control her.

Lorcan is one of Kieran’s elites as well as his cousin, mating Kyra was all about protecting his king and the last thing he really desires is a new mate so in this they’re both on the same page. He’s also all about the consent and recognises that Kyra doesn’t want this either but what neither factor in is the magnetism of their wolves combined with a mutual attraction that both at least initially try to resist.

This had a few things going on the initial vibe between these two is mild enemies to lovers that slowly transitions into something much deeper mostly due to Lorcan’s patience and care. Kyra finds in Lorcan a different breed of of Alpha to what she’s used to and encountered previously.

This had danger intrigue and heat I enjoyed the character development between Lorcan and Kyra how she slowly learnt to trust him despite her painful past. There were breadcrumbs dropped for future books and I’m looking forward to reading more stories set in this world in the future. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of Night Sector.

Omg someone give me Cillian’s book. I’m dying for it!!!

I loved this book. I love the tropes in this book!

🥵 Mating of convenience
🥵 enemies to lovers
🥵 Forced proximity
🥵 Heat/knot

I found the first 50% a little slow and repetitive but that’s because I read it straight after book 1, where all the events were still too fresh. The second half of this book was 100% 5stars!

Lorcan and Kyra😍

Night Sector is the next book in the V-Clan series following Kieran’s Elite cousin, Lorcan and Quinnlynn’s second in command at the Sanctuary, Kyra❣️

Lorcan and Kyra are both opposed to mates, but when Kyra returns to Blood Sector to bring Kieran through the Sanctuary barrier, his Elites are determined he doesn’t go on his own. This forces a mating of convenience between Lorcan and Kyra and soon turns into more when Kyra’s past comes back with a vengeance😳

Loved this couple and more information about the Sanctuary and I look forward to see what’s in store for Cillian and Ivana😉 I received an advanced copy and voluntarily leave my honest review❤️

3/3.5 Stars

In many ways I might've liked this book more than book one, but in others I felt book one was a more well rounded story in regards to focusing on the main couple.

I enjoyed this book alot but I was also disappointed by the pacing. Because if you read book one then you already knows how book two will begin and the how and why Kyra and Lorcan have come to be mated. However, this book was poorly fleshed out in the sense that the author wasted so much valuable page space to relive and retell those exact moments and scenes from the end of book one just from Kyra and Lorcan POV's. Which, I'll admit is usually fine and perfectly normal in most cases. But in this books particular case it simply bogged down the story and felt like it took away from any additional bonding or couple scenes we might've been treated to because we were replaying scenes we'd already read in book one. All of which easily could have been condensed without playing out each individual thought and made to be a prologue to open the story. Just saying.

For me this was very frustrating because I was impatient to get to new content between Lorcan and Kyra. To get their actual story. It took much longer than it should have tbh.

Which I also felt made the pacing of their relationship seem lopsided because when we finally did get scenes and the actual story began it felt like it was an endless and repetitive cycle of Kyra spewing her prejudice and hate, unfairly might I add, at Lorcan for nearly half the book. While Kyra has every right to despise alphas and their power over omegas due to her past I thought it showed a lack of growth and maturity that she would so easily group all of them into one pile. Especially Lorcan because by that point she was mated to him and could literally see into his thoughts and gage his motives and see he spoke the truth. To that point, it was quite annoying how stuck Kyra felt for most of the book with her threats of murdering Lorcan and overall rudeness.

But usually I would find that par the course for a story such as this. And because so much of the opening chapters were spent repeating scenes that already happened I felt it took up too much story for as long as it did. I simply wanted to get to Lorcan and Kyra growing closer.

Which of course we eventually get to BUT that was around the 73% mark AFTER she's been kidnapped by her thought to be dead vampire mate. And then we get to fill in the rest of the story with them actually being together until they get their revenge on her ex mate at the end. But it felt like there just wasn't enough time between the couple being an actual couple. We made some fantastic progress but then the book ends and that's that. Onto the next.

Anyway, I did like it. I didn't like Kyra's attitude for most of the book. I understood it but didn't like it because Lorcan didn't deserve it. But I did like her and I liked her with Lorcan. I adored Lorcan. He was awesome.

Bentornate Fenici!

Libro consigliato.

“Ma ora… ora ero semplicemente Kyra. Un’omega ibrida con un unico compagno. Lorcan. Il compagno giusto.”

Alla prossima

Un saluto dalla vostra Mal

Not my cup of tea.

I hate the way this author writes their FMCs. Not sure why I even purchased this except I’m desperate for a book. But the overly emotional and angry submissive girl with the domineering “alpha” guy who can control any female and having the female be thoroughly dependent on him while trying to write how independent she is just never sits right with me. And by “independent” I mean angry, argumentative and emotional because that’s what independence means for all women or even gay men. Only big dick men can be cool as a cucumber.

And a woman who wants to live a life on her own? Psht. Only with a man’s blessing until she has her wolf period then all bets are off because all big dick wolves need to tap that with just a whiff (gross).

I also don’t understand the idea of mates in this setting. So a man’s mate has to be ok with lending him out to his pack females when they go to heat? Because he’s doing his packly duties? It just makes no sense.

I also hate all the stupid ass nicknames this author gives each books FMCs. It’s just gross. And of course each book ends in a pregnancy because that’s really what all women are only good for. 🙄

I’m so confused😭when is this book coming outtttt
(Edit😋)
I’ve read the book and I’m going to keep this review short.

I really enjoyed it and it was a pretty quick read. I loved Kyra and Lorcan. Only thing though, is that I wish we got more of them when they fully accepted their mate bond. Due to how short this book was (in my opinion) I felt like we kind of missed out on some things.
I would’ve really looked forward to seeing more fluffy moments between Lorcan and Kyra. ESPECIALLY considering kyras past and what she went through with alphas. Not to mention the baby thing. It was hinted at afew times about pups and how kyra lowkey (highkey) wanted kids but never really got to consider it due to her circumstances. Lorcan hinted at it too about wanting kids with her but besides that it was never looked into beyond that.

All around despite my personal feelings this was still a good read🫶🏼

I WOULDN'T HAVE MINDED IF THIS WENT ON A LITTLE LONGER. I LOVED IT! ❤️❤️ I wasn't over the moon with the first book, Blood Sector, so I was skeptical diving into Night Sector. But, I was reminded of my curiosity and intrigue for Kyra and Lorcan's forced mating, and instantly, I was revived!

KYRA was the perfect blend of defensive, strong yet vulnerable. One can always count on Lexi C.Foss to create a heroine who wouldn't annoy or come across as a bitch because there's a fine line for being self-protective and then there's BITCHY. Thankfully, I could relate to Kyra. I didn't fault her for being so fierce, and defensive. Her past was...dark - the abuse, rape and trauma she experienced? I would never wish that on my worse enemy. Kyra's first mating was hell, and wasn't consensual so it's understandable why she reacted so badly to Lorcan's forced mating. Strip away her past, and she's a sweet, loyal and brave woman beneath the shell of abuse. But SHE WAS NO WAY A VICTIM, because victims don't allow themselves to be dragged down by the past - they FIGHT and THRIVE.

Of course, it was fun anticipating her getting into an emotional tangle with Lorcan, especially when they were mutually ADAMANT they didn't want or need a mate. SMIRKS! We'll see!

LORCAN was *chef's kiss* perfection. I've always preferred male leads like him, who didn't allow their attractions get in over their (south) head - always in control, calm and collected - and not to mention protective and reliable. He was also a man of few words. Yum. I could appreciate that. Lorcan was my definition of ONE HELL OF A GOOD MATE. He was also necessary for Kyra's healing - her anchor, lover, fighter, protector - who would help fight her past and claim her future. It was beautiful!

What could have been better? While I liked the whole love triangle thing, it could have been more intense. More RAW and ANGSTY. I won't deny that it was THE HIGHLIGHT of the story. It got things started, ya know? Night Sector was a compact read, so we don't get to dwell on in-between build ups or a cool down period before jumping into the action or climax. It was pretty much a quick point A to point B that doesn't give you pause. It's good and bad at the same time, because I would have appreciated a longer Kyra-Lorcan relationship building time. Despite Kyra's ex-mate returning to the scene, I can't help but fixate on how it was THE CATALYST that prompted the MCs to realize that they were good for each other. Take that out of the equation, would the stubborn lovers ever would have gotten together?

FINAL THOUGHTS? Again, I enjoyed this immensely. I COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN, NOT EVEN TO STOP AND EAT MY DINNER. I multitasked, haha. I look forward to Cillian and Ivana's story. As I've devoured the X-clan and Bariloche sector stories, there are endless possibilities to this fictional world the author has created. I hope she'll keep the creativity coming and we'll have a chance to meet new amazing characters from other sectors too.

Love/hate relationship with this book

Pros: If you’re a fan of the previous books in the series, you’re definitely going to want to read this one. I enjoyed both Kyra and Lorcan and the chemistry between the two. The world building is good throughout most of Foss’ books (I don’t care for or even bother with the other authors she seems to share it with after trying them out though) There was action, heat, and an interesting plot.

Cons: A large chunk of this book is just repeated from the previous book, almost verbatim if not entirely, it was so bad I just started skipping pages to avoid the annoying repetition. The absolute about face Kyra goes through. This author does such a good job character building Kyra and bringing you into her experience….you feel her trauma and how she’s coming into her own as a survivor and leader in her own right, then bam! She’s thrust back into another assault, tortured basically and comes out….craving sexy times? What? This isn’t her heat, where her basic instincts rule, no, no….this is just a rape survivor who is recaptured for days, and just comes out of that experience not only completely over her years of assault that the entire book has been about her dealing with, to eh, over that and let’s get it on!!! It’s like the entire first half of the book, and her introduction in book one since it’s just repeated, is erased and a new Kyra who is so happy to be mated replaces her….I liked first half Kyra, I liked second half Kyra, I could not meld them into one character though. It’s like two entirely different books about the same people were written and stuck together. Also, the sudden “need” for alpha protectors felt stupid and nonsensical. I could write a 1000 word essay on why I found that moronic in fact….I get the author is wanting to set up future stories, but come on. Violating the sanctuary for these omegas that has stood for hundreds of years without alphas because of one really stupid plot involving enchantments, magic, and fake dead mates is lazy writing. Lorcan comes to the sanctuary, everyone immediately has weapons trained on him, they’re fine perfectly defending themselves, then suddenly Floss needs an excuse to make sure these very abused and damaged women have to be around even alphas and can’t be trusted to take care of themselves even though they absolutely did for hundreds of years, and oh wait, this super powerful couple also can’t do it even though it’s basically their entire purpose to keep this secret and need help from big, strong (but again very clearly established not as strong as this couple in previous books where at least Keiran bails everyone else out) alphas ….I might have bought it a little better if this author did a bad job writing about it before, but it was excellent. A vivid picture of this amazing sanctuary and all that goes into was detailed and I bought what she wrote, then eh, let’s just put that aside and say they need alphas. I am going to need to bill this author for the damage so much whiplash reading this has caused me

4.5 stars! Another fantastic book by Lexi filled with shifters and vampires, and vampire shifters, and all the spice and romance and action you could want. The dynamic between our two main characters, Lorcan and Kyra, is more unique though, from what we may normally see in Lexi’s books, and I’m 100% here for it all. Both of them are powerful, strong, stubborn, loyal, and fully content being unattached in any way. When they come together in any form, they clash spectacularly and have the best chemistry.

There is some crossover from prior books, but this is still a standalone story. Kyra is Quinn’s second, essentially, and has been leading things in the secret omega sanctuary Quinn’s family established centuries ago. It’s heavily warded and very very few are even aware of it’s existence, by design. With Quinn’s mating to Kieran, that circle becomes a little larger, especially when Lorcan essentially forces a mating with Kyra so he can accompany them to the sanctuary to support and protect Kieran, because only omegas and their mates are able to access it. Neither wants the mating of convenience, and Kyra, who has a reputation as an Alpha k!ller (because she unalived her former Alpha mate who was abusive in every way possible, but no one knows that story), has designs on eliminating the mating bond by eliminating Lorcan as soon as possible. Unfortunately for her, their telepathic link, and Lorcan’s strength and magical abilities, that is not an easy task to accomplish. Their sparring and banter is great, and even when they come to a mutual understanding and agreement about their unwanted mating, their chemistry and dynamic are still on point.

Even thought they are at each other’s throats pretty much every time they’re near each other, they also find themselves becoming more and more drawn to each other. Their telepathic conversations, be it strategic or otherwise, are great, and the way Lorcan tries to ease Kyra’s nightmares (because he can sense them through their link) adds an unexpected sweetness to their otherwise much less than sweet relationship.

Kyra’s past unfortunately comes back to bite her, forcing her back into a traumatic and terrifying situation. Lorcan immediately jumps into action to help her, and utilizes every tool and weapon at his disposal to find her and bring her back. It’s here where you really see their connection shine, even when it becomes weakened. Kyra is a very strong character, having previously overcome (mostly) her trauma, and then being forced back into it, she finds new ways to fight back. And with Lorcan’s help, she ultimately finds her way to vengeance.

I loved how these two very strong characters found their way to each other, through their preconceived ideas, their traumas, and their stubbornness, it is quite a journey. Not to mention the absolutely scorching chemistry between them. Overall, an engrossing story with a great romance and plenty of delicious spice.

I liked this one more than the first. It was less insta lust and the characters actually developed feelings for each other.

Plot:
- h mates with H so that they can trust her and go with her to the sanctuary to save her friend
- h was previously mated to a vampire who abused her and she does not want to be mated
- H is a loyal part of the H from book 1’s inner circle and also has no desire to have a mate and have his loyalties split
- h gets nightmares of her previous mate and H helps comfort her
- she assumes H also wants to use her sexually but he tells her that he has no intention of that if she doesn’t want him
- h gets kidnapped by her former vampire mate. Turns out that after h beheaded him, he managed to mind control the male omega who was helping clean up and wasn’t actually burned (which would have insured his death).
- h is held captive and the vampire injects her with vampire venom to induce her heat
- H someone connects with her mentally, and her werewolf side is able to overcome the vampire’s mind control. She shifts back to her home in the sanctuary and where H is waiting for her.
- Despite the fact that she is in heat, H refuses to do anything sexual, and just sends her healing energy because previously, h told H that she wouldn’t want him to help out during her heat
- When h finally comes out of it, she is shocked that H didn’t do anything and finds a new found respect for him.
- She actually does want him now and they finally fuck.
- They begin the hunt to find the vampire
- It turns out that he is in hiding in a prisoner island, and h uses herself as bait. h gets captured but she manages to kill him, and H is there to finally burn him bc h is too wounded to.
- they return back and H sees her through a heat
- he realizes he loves her more than his loyalty for the prince, which is ok bc he’ll stay in the sanctuary acting as the prince and main protector of the omegas

Welcome to the world of V Clan. It’s dark, dangerous, sensual and everything you’d expect from Lexi C Foss!

We come back to the dark dystopian world of the V Clan, which wraps in with her X Clan world as well. This is omega verse, complete with knotting, so be prepared.

Our H is Lorcan, an alpha wolf with a serious attitude problem when it comes to mating. Unlike the wolves we met in X clan, this one is not so keen on just having an attached mate.

Our h is a seriously bad ass omega female with a knives. She is everything a standard omega isn’t, and is literally known for killing alphas.

This novel isn’t exactly slow burn boy meets girl. And that’s what I love about it. We join the characters who already have a developed backstory and are ready for action from minute one. This novel does not drag, and indeed gets into the action early.

Technically this is a standalone, but I would recommend reading Lexi’s X Clan series and V Clan book 1 before jumping in. Why? Because 1) they’re amazing and 2) X clan brings you into the omega verse in a more developed way. If you aren’t familiar with omegaverse dynamics, or the dystopian world this series takes place in, at least the first x clan novel will provide you the back story to really full immerse yourself in this tale from the start, rather than looking for world building.

Overall, this is a strong 5/5 for me just like all of the other books in this world. Lexi is truly a master!

I was so excited to see this book was out. I wanted it immediately after reading the first book, Blood Sector. While these books are technically stand-alones, I recommend reading them in order. They will make much more sense that way.
Neither Kyra nor Lorcan wanted a mate, but they did it in order to help Quinn and Kieran. Quinn is Kyra's best friend, and Kieran is Lorcan's cousin and Alpha. Lorcan never wanted a mate to distract him from his duty as one of Kieran's Elite and Kyra has a terrible past experience with Alpha's. She believes all Alphas are power-hungry, self-centered, uncaring, and dangerous. She values her freedom more than anything. She and Lorcan don't consider their bond a true mating but are forced to interact with each other due to their relationships with the King and Queen of Blood Sector.
They begin to form a slightly less hateful relationship. Almost a friendship with each other. Then Kyra's past comes back to bite her, and Lorcan realizes just how much his feelings have changed and how far he will go for his stubborn, violent Omega.

I'm very torn on this one... While i like the characters, it took FOURTEEN CHAPTERS until we get to the scene from the epillogue in Blood sector with the note "lets play." That is just too much waiting and re-telling for my taste. It seems lazy on the authors part personally, and for the most part there was not much development in the main couples relationship. 14 chapters could have easily been 5.

Pros
- Strong Alpha with restraint
- Sassy heroine with a smart mouth
- Hero wants heroine to take down bad guy herself
- HEA

Bad
- Not even a kiss occurs until you are 80% through the book. Not even an almost kiss, and then suddenly they are having sex. I can buy it with a mating bond, but right after trauma it was just poorly timed for me.
- FOURTEEN CHAPTERS for new events to occur
- I just would have liked for the heroine to best her strong alpha mate once or show that she really is very powerful and an equal to him while sparing or with a display of power. Just once.

🔥🔥🔥

This is the second book in the V-Clan series. I liked this book more than the first one, mostly because I liked the FMC more. I think she was a more developed character, and the MMC wasn't half bad. However, Kieran still may be my number #1.

You get to know a lot more of Kyra and her past in this book. Lorcan still kinda stays as a mystery, but probably because he doesn't have as much in his past as Kyra. Her storyline definitely takes the lead in this book, and Lorcan is the kind of Alpha that just ends up following her, because the moment Kyra runs into trouble, Lorcan is there, fighting his way to her.

I will say the last book had the miscommunication trope, this one did not. Probably another reason I enjoyed it more.

If you like an over protected Alpha, who definitely falls first and falls hard, tie in some political intrigue, you may enjoy this book.

Audio: 🎧🎧🎧🎧🎧
The audio is in dual POV's via duet narration. Definitely made this book come to life more than just reading it, and duet being my favorite type of narrations, I would say my money was well spent.

⟣Tropes⟢
✅ Touch her and 💀
✅ Stabby/Badass Heroine
✅ Fated Mates
✅ Dual POV’s
✅ Enemies-to-Lovers
✅ He falls first
✅ Fake Bite/Bond (I mean not really, but would maybe say bond of convenience)
✅ Shifters
✅ Vampire
✅ HEA

oh my heart

A convenient mating or was it?

Kyra would do absolutely anything for her best friend and she did and does. She went into Blood Sector to bring back Quinnlyn’s mate Kieran. Hoping to trick the protective shield of the sanctuary with Quinn’s blood in Kieran’s system because they’re not fully mated.

But Kieran’s Elites were not about to let him go to an unknown location without either of them. But each Alpha has made perfectly clear that neither of them wanted a mate, but there was no choice Quinn needed her Alpha and they weren’t going to let Kier go without one of his Elites by his side.

And Lorcan was already in Kyra’s hands and therefore claimed him as hers in order for the barrier to let him through. But both got more than they bargained for out of this mating and soon they’re both thrust into a fight with Kyra’s nightmare vampire mate. Lorcan will have to prove she can trust him and Kyra has to just let him in.

Loved it from start to end and I’ll be starting Eclipse Sector as we speak.

This book will entice and enthrall you in ways you are not ready for. This author has written an amazing story of strength and deep seated love amidst the abuses that this s story is about. Prepare for a secret sanctuary for abused Omegas that everyone protects with their life. The storyline is intense and succinct. The world building draws you in and it will not let you go. I seriously could not put the book down. Character development is on point as each character meshes within the community. The chemistry between Lorcan and Kyra is hot, sexy, and intense especially for two shifters who didn't want a mate. Be sure to read the trigger warnings if this is your first book by this author. This book is a part if a series. It can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading Blood Sector first. You will enjoy this author is paranormal romance is your favorite her writing is addicting to read.

I could have done without the first half of the book being a repeat of the last half of the first book, but in Lorcan & Kyra’s POV - it all felt really redundant.
Took until nearly 50% of the book to get to the part we got a glimpse of in the epilogue of book one, which is what intrigued me to continue with the series.

I will say, I’m glad I did. I enjoyed Lorcan and Kyra’s story, their forced mating for convenience that turns into more.

Kyra’s past and unresolved trauma makes her standoffish and guarded, which is only to be expected. After enduring what she did at the hands of her first “mate”, it’s totally understandable that she doesn’t want to take another. But she does, against her will, really, in order to save her best friend.

Lorcan doesn’t want a mate, his loyally is to Keiran and a mate with deter him from that. But he takes on anyway, to protect Keiran.

Both took each other to protect their friends, but found themselves wanting to protect each other.

The sexy scenes save this book from being a one star. I legit only started to really enjoy this book in the last third and only when lorcan and Kyra were being mates. The first half was literally a play by play of the first book which I didn’t particularly like. I already read it in book one so I don’t understand why we needed to read it in book two. I feel like this book series arent really standalone because the story builds off of each other where we learn more details about the situation in book one but we are following a new couple. Fare as a villain wasn’t very fleshed out. I think the whole story wasn’t very fleshed out and it just didn’t give the tension I was looking for. However, I did like that they were all centuries old which added an element I enjoyed. There was just too much telling and not showing and it got pretty repetitive. The only reason this is two stars is because of the sexy scenes and how lorcan and Kyra talk and interaction with each other. Plot is a no for me.

Oh man oh man.

This book. I've been looking forward to this book since I read the last one and man did it live up to my expectations and then blew them away. Lorcan was such an interesting character in all the other books that he appeared in as a side character so I was super excited to know he was getting his own book. Kyra was such an interesting character too, strong and trying to get over being broken in the worst ways. Both characters fought so hard on multiple levels and things but when they finally came together it was beautiful. This book was amazing and it was awesome to see some of the other reoccurring characters from previous books. Loved this one. Can't wait for the next one, Cillian and Ivana have been dancing around each other for too long.

Great addition to series

Love Lexi's writing style, she really paints a world you can imagine. I would have given this 5 stars but the character and relationship development felt rushed and unrealistic considering their antagonistic relationship from the start. It was also confusing, the overlap with the previous books ending. There was a lot of old information mixed with new information, like, "Hey, this was the ending of Blood Sector all tied up in a bow... but wait! Just tricking, most of what they found out wasn't the truth." It might have been less confusing if I'd read the books straight after one another but as it was, I just got frustrated.

Lorcan and Kyra

This was even better than Blood Sector!
I was waiting for Lorcan and Kyra’s story, and I wasn’t disappointed. The tension and angst between them that eventually develops into something more was so well written. And spicy! 🌶️ I loved it!

Kyra is a strong FMC with a troubled past and Lorcan is the “inconvenient mate” she was stuck with in order to save Quinn.
Alpha Lorcan never wanted a mate, but he doesn’t shy away from learning more about the challenging Omega.
And when a vampire from Kyra’s past comes back to haunt her, Lorcan must do everything in his power to save her.

Night Sector is a fantastic follow up to Blood Sector. Kyra is second in command at the Sanctuary protecting the omegas from the alphas that had abused them. She has her own past that haunts her. Her loyalty to Quinnlynn has her entering into a mating of convenience with Kieran’s elite officer Lorcan. But when an old nightmare comes calling it will force Kyra and Lorcan to rethink the convenience of their mating. Can they come together to protect the Sanctuary and the omegas that live there? I kept flipping pages to find out. Can’t wait for the next installment.

3.5✨

Recommend!
This series connects with the author's other series. Each book and series can be read separately but I highly recommend reading them all to get the full picture and understand everything that goes on.

Kyra is an Omega-and an alpha killer too! I love that even though her designation is a sweet and timid one- she has a spine of steal and is dangerous in her own right. Lorcan fully understands and supports her strength. This (to me) makes them a perfect match for each other.

Plenty of action and steam mixed together to create a wonderful storyline.

Another one knocked out of the park.

I was waiting with great anticipation for Kyra and Lorcans story and I was not dissapointed.

Fast paced, funny, action packed, heartwrenching, satisfying (!).

However, while its billed as a standalone, I highly recommend reading Blood Sector first as there is a lot of overlap and it will be a much richer read after finishing Blood Sector.

Now eagerly waiting for Ivana and Cillians book.
