Makoto Misumi has won over the graces of the major merchant, Rembrandt, and has secured everything he needs to be a merchant in this foreign world! With the subspace developing promptly, Makoto throws a huge party in the subspace for all of its denizens. Despite the rough start, it seems like Makoto's life is finally looking smoother than it has ever been since his arrival in this other world…?!
One needs to feel pain in this world to understand not everyone is goodhearted, humans are often out for themselves and completely devoid of empathy. This universe in which only the most attractive can reproduce leads to the most selfish and rude people I have seen outside of the noble classes portrayed in every fantasy story I have read. Even the peasants are entitled in this series.
Not gonna lie. I read this volume a while ago, and it wasn't on Goodreads yet, and at this point I kind of forgot what happens in it. I remember Mokoto kills someone and now that I think about it, this may have been the volume where Mio and Tomoe try to rape Makoto? This whole series has been a blur.
