Loved this, full of Adam’s humour and warmth and really informative. The movements are manageable and well explained and there’s a few realistic plans you can follow. I hoped it would be good and was thrilled it was even better than predicted.
A really great book on mobility! I quite enjoyed the breezy tone of the book and all exercises were well explained. I think it is great for people of all ages and exercise levels. The author seems like someone with experience in the area of mobility and exercise and I felt like I got a well rounded set of next steps after reading the book!
I've been following fitness guy Adam Richardson on Instagram for a while now, and have come to enjoy his casual and encouraging tone and emphasis on maintaining your body's mobility in easily digestible ways. This book goes a bit further into his methods, with described techniques and adjustemnts that you can implement into your life.
I listened to this on audiobook, read by the author himself, and it was good to have a real voice talking you through the exercises and giving you encouragement. I will say though that this is probably one to have in a physical copy too, for reference, as it gives you a lot of exercises to try and god knows I couldnt remember them all without writing it all down.
A really approachable book with manageable ways to think about your body and keep it in good condition.
