This was honestly brilliant 👏🏻 most self help books are full of the same useless garbage but this was so insightful and really connects with your emotions. The activities towards the end are so helpful and I encourage everyone who reads this book to complete them!

Beneficial for everyone

This is truly a book for everyone. We all have experienced some type of trauma and this is a great book for anyone looking to explore trauma healing. The author does an excellent job of explaining the inner child, how it can be wounded, and ways to heal. Also all of the complexities and concepts are detailed in easy to understand ways. I appreciated how practical this is and it helped me recognize not only do I have a lot of inner child work to do, but also how it’s very possible to heal my inner child. Overall this was a powerful read and should be a must for everyone.

The author's words resonate deeply, reminding you that the journey to inner peace begins with embracing your own vulnerability and nurturing the wounded child within.

This book stands out for its sincerity and practicality. It offers genuine, down-to-earth advice that is free from jargon or complex psychological theories. Instead, it offers a roadmap to personal growth that feels real and achievable, making it a perfect resource for individuals at various stages of their healing journey.

The big take-away for me is that the book is also so practical, even if you are not familiar with the topic, one could easily apply the technics (steps).
Another take-away for me is that the emotional stages mentioned are also relatable personally but also in practice with people I coach.
I wish to express my gratitude to the writers for the practical tools presented in this book, not only as life coaches but also healing ourself first 🙏🏽♥️

This was a quick self-help read and was all the better for it- setting you up with lots of tools and exercises to connect and hopefully heal your inner child- all of these seem really accessible and I can already feel the benefits - definitely a book I will return to to explore further in my healing journey. My only criticism is that it felt very “essay” like and repetitive at times with each chapter being introduced and concluded. Overall a great quick read.

Great information and guidance

This book made me smile and cry. There is a lot of fantastic information here. You are not only given insight to what you feel, but also strategies to help you work through the hurt and know that things will be better. This is not a one time read. For me it is a resource that I will refer to in the future.

There's a light at the end of the tunnel!

What an awakening… this book brought to light things I didn't even know were wrong. I understand so much better what I'm going through and what I must do to move forward. I know it will be hard work, but at least there is still hope for a more enjoyable life and a better future.

Good practical book

Good practical book with lots of tips to foster and look after your inner child. I found it repetitive in the beginning but nonetheless very informative. Thank you for your kind words, my inner child has received them
