Set in Sante Fe, NM this romantic thriller is about Niccola Amato, a classical violinist who crosses over into the popular music genre and is everyone’s darling. Add Reed Redman a gorgeous computer genius who owns Redman Cyber Securities and Protection Agency, and you have the ingredients for an erupting volcano.
When Reed is tasked with providing security for Niccola while the violinist tours Europe, she isn’t prepared for the star’s jealous husband Fredo, the son of Sergio Donatelli, head of one of New York’s most feared and dangerous crime families.

4⭐️ - Such an enjoyable read! There is something about the writing that is so smooth and flows so effortlessly that the pages just float by.

The two FMCs were well developed and their connection believable. The plot kept moving along and added a good mixture of mystery, anticipation and romance. I would characterize the book as pretty low angst and relatively modest on the explicitness spectrum … which might seem overly mild, but once again I just loved the characters and writing. It was like wrapping up in a warm blanket on a cold winter day - so enjoyable!

Moreover, as a former professional classical concert pianist, I tend to be super picky about books that anchor the plot around classical music. Which is a nice way of saying … perhaps I have super (maybe overly) high standards in that regard! … Erin did a great job!! Brava!

Add it to your TBR list folks, you’ll love it!

Firing on all cyclinders.

I loved this read. It was definitely a page turner. Can't wait to read more about these characters, especially about Raven.

Reunited

Nicola Amato is a classical violinist who is beloved around the world. Reed Redman runs a Cyber Security and Protection Agency hired to protect Nicola and the #18M violin, Gabriel, she plays. The biggest security problem is Fredo Donatelli, her husband and the son of Mafia boss, Sergio Donatelli. Nicki and Reed are childhood girlfriends who were separated after discovery by her father. A wild and crazy tour of Europe brings back all their feelings. An action packed adventure and romance.

This is one wonderful storyline, kept my interest right to the very last word.

Erin Wade has penned a delightful, tension filled story that began as a love story between teens dragged apart by homophobic parents. One a computer programmer savant who is a self made security business owner and a violinist that is up for an Emmy. A bit high powered in their fields. The story follows them as they are brought back together after many years and find the fire between them is as hot as ever. It is a great read, even mostly believable.

another great story

I ration my favorite authors just because I read faster than they can publish but occasionally I just have to read. I have a TBR and a TBR again, this is joining the rest of Erin’s books on that list. Great romance, lots of action, and the bad guys always lose.

Romance

Romance at its best! I loved the reconnection and the drama involved with the redevelopment of their relationship. I kept waiting for more trauma but was happy it didn't happen. Maybe book two with a child and the music school.

Nice storyline but would have loved to have explicit loves scenes, these were skipped completely

crafty

A different setting with too many coincidences but a very good dynamic between the main characters. I’d like a similar difference in story line in the future.
