Our journey continues with the third volume of this comprehensive series on sketching. Volume 1 was designed to be a compact companion, readily at hand for sketching enthusiasts and artists, while remaining budget-friendly, particularly for our sketching friends in countries like India. Building on the foundation of the 7-step sketching process laid in Volume 1, its sequel Volume 2 explored the practical applications of the 7-step process in a variety of situations and perspectives.Touching upon the subject of perspective as one chapter In Volume 1, I realized – especially after conducting workshops for engineering students like those at IIT - that the depth of perspective required an entire book to do full justice to the subject. Commitment to defining and simplifying the process of perspective for sketchers who work on-location (plein-air) with limitations in terms of time and tools led me to craft this essential reference book, much like the previous volumes in the series, tailored for sketchers artists on the move.Within these pages, you'll find not only my own sketches but also the incredible work of renowned sketcher Ian Fennelly, who graciously allowed me to feature his art as examples.
