I Loved reading "Walking with Jesus"
I loved reading "Walking with Jesus." This is a wonderful devotional. Every year, I read several Advent books starting at the beginning of Advent. The holiday in 2023 was no exception. I think I read 4 Advent books. I didn't quite finish during the holidays, but I was halfway through the book and wanted to finish it
anyway. This is a tradition I started in 2019 or 2020 - and a joyful one, which I will continue. I loved each reading the devotions for each day. Each and every message was beautiful. It brought peace to every day at a time of year, which can leave you frazzled. If this sounds familiar and you become frazzled with many to dos, shopping, decorating, parties, etc - take a minute each day and read, "Walking with Jesus," and find some peace in your every day. I heartily recommend this for everyone. I will certainly read this again in an upcoming holiday season.

I enjoyed this, but struggled to read it as I should three times a day. I prefer the Walking in Grace editors to the Mornings With Jesus editors and so didn't find this as much up my street as I might have had the editors been from the other crew. It is good to take time in the day to remember the reason for the season as this helps us to do. I would try it again another year, but I was a little disappointed this time.

This book was a treasure to read about our Savior who was born in a manger in Bethlehem! I enjoyed everyday of the Advent!
