At the top of Mount Everest, Lincoln Hall was alone. Struggling with altitude sickness and left for dead by his climbing team, find out how Lincoln Hall was miraculously rescued from the brink of death.
This book was recently chosen by my seventh and eighth grade classes to feature in a video book talk. Students enjoy it because it engages them in a compelling story and allows them to learn about a real-life situation but does not require too much of a time commitment to finish. The book talk is available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flcpM... .
I think it would be really cool to climb Mt. Everest. And if ever given the chance I would at least try (of course after some training to climb mountains). The story itself was good and I liked it.
