Great book. No complaints, but probably too expository and not conversational enough. Obviously we don’t want our authors talking at us, but we want them talking to us. Great empirical book with useful facts and recommendations. I recommend this short book to anyone interested in learning more about their focus.

An excellent well written walk through the focus landscape

Andrew does an excellent job establishing the scientific foundation of focus and providing a comprehensive collection of tools for improving our focus and attention skills.
