A mile wide and a centimeter deep. Maybe because it is a DK Eyewitness book there are a lot of pretty pictures and graphics when there probably should have been a little more information. Good for an overview of Canada but most of the information I got on what to do (specifically in Vancouver) I found in travel forums and Google searches.
I really liked the detail that was provided for the individual sites, however, the amount of sites was much smaller than in other books. It's best as a supplement to get information on the top sites with some nice pictures.
