Annabelle McCormack writes historical romantic fiction, fantasy romance, and contemporary romance packed with sprawling adventures, epic love, and soulmates who just can’t stay away from each other (even when the world is falling apart). If there’s a sweeping love story with high stakes and deep emotions, she’s probably writing it—or at least dreaming about it while chasing down her next cup of coffee.

When she’s not wrangling words, she’s wrangling five home-schooled kids, a couple of dogs, and an unreasonable amount of books in Maryland. If life had more hours (and less laundry), she’d be traveling, painting, or becoming a professional pastry chef. For now, she’s content with baking, reading, lifting heavy things at the gym, and plotting her next great escape—er, novel.

Annabelle McCormack continues to not disappoint with her books! Until Forever Ends is the fourth Brandywood installment, and while they can be read as standalones, I would highly recommend reading them all in order, which I know I will do more than once! Can’t wait for the fifth book!
The character development and writing are amazing and definitely keep you interested and wanting more! I feel like with her all her book series, I want to read them right away while also wanting to read them slowly so I am not without an Annabelle McCormack book to read. Could I pick a favourite?! Yes…all of them! ☺️🩷
This finally completed my summer reading challenge for a book published in 2024.

So, this is the fourth book in the Brandywood series and having adored the last 3 books, I couldn't wait to dive in and see whose story we'd be following in this book!

Firstly though, I think in my previous reviews, I've said how well these work as a standalone read as the stories are fully contained and usually star new characters.
There are lots of returning characters obviously, being set in a small town, but the main story works just fine.

However, I feel for this book, you really should have read the previous books first!
The overall story still works ok, but the running theme through this story is one that has been building through the series and there will definitely be spoilers here for the previous books, if you haven't read them yet!?

That done, I'm a bit stuck as to what to say here, because I don't want to give any spoilers if I can help it - but ......ok the blurb does tell you about the feud!
The previous books have hinted at the feud between the Wagner's and Yardley's and here we finally have all our questions about the past answered and laying atop this we see Travis Wagner and Lindsay Yardley forced together to work out the solutions for our beloved town.

Enough of that! No more plot - go read this if you want some answers too! It's well worth it!.

I really love that, although we're following the story of our two main characters, we also get to catch up with those from our previous books too, which is lovely to see.
But in this book we're also introduced to quite a few new characters and the wider connections between those we already know and love.
Meeting the different family members and seeing the dynamics between them all, both within the family units and with each other - but also seeing how the decades old feud has grown and affected the different generations too. Will the reasons be revealed finally!?

This book was quite different in format than the others - which I both loved and hated!
We saw a little less spice and lots more friction which frustrated me no end!
I loved both Lyndsay and Travis and just wished they could speak up for themselves - but at the same time, totally understood the pressures they were under!
But, we are rewarded for this frustration ......and I can't tell you why - just trust me!

Overall, I loved this just as much as the others - once again, I had the tissues at the ready (and made use of them too!).

I can't recommend this series enough and am so, so excited that there's already a plan for book 5 coming next year..... I just need a little patience ......but I cannot wait to see whose story is next and what new developments will be coming to Brandywood!

While this was the fourth book in the Brandywood series, it was actually my first one and had no problem following the story whatsoever. Both Lindsay and Travis were so loveable from the start and I’ve become obsessed with their (and their family’s) story. 🥹

When I saw this was an enemies to lovers / forbidden love filled story, I just knew it was a perfect read for me and oh how right I was about that. While it took me a little while to actually get in to it, the moment it happened I could NOT stop reading and wanted to finish this one as soon as possible. Parts of this book truly had me giggling and kicking my feet and seeing them get their happy ending truly was everything to me and made me so, so happy.

Not only was this my first read in the Brandywood series, it was also my first Annabelle McCormack book and I have to say that I absolutely loved it. The time jumps and multiple POV’s worked wonders and really spoke to me.

I want to thank NetGalley for providing me with this ARC as I thoroughly enjoyed this one! ❤️

The Wagner and Yardley families have been enemies for years. Now, as Brandywood's downtown is under criticism, the youngest of the families, Travis and Lindsay team up to try and settle the unrest. What everyone doesn't know? The two have been secretly hooking up for years.

Brandywood is one of my favorite fictional towns. It is so cute and filled with some amazing characters. Here's what I loved in this new installment.

Travis and Lindsay. These two were the world for me. While they both have strong family ties, they have very different approaches to their families. This added an interesting layer to their relationship and hesitation to actually start something together.

He falls first. Travis is such a SIMP for Lindsay and I was here for it. I love a good lifelong crush storyline!

The town. Brandywood is so richly built. My hat is off to McCormack for creating a warm and dynamic setting that gets better with each book.

The spice. This is the spiciest Brandywood book to date and I'm here for it!

All in all, this is a perfect small town Romeo and Juliet-like book that will steal your heart.

Thank you to the author for the gifted copy!

I am so invested in Brandywood that it's ridiculous. I read the books in order, and while I think they could be read as stand-alones, the experience is definitely elevated by reading them in order.

This story centers around two people who are not only Brandywood born and raised but the grandchildren of two prominent community figures, whose families have been feuding for as long as anyone can remember.

You get two love stories and burning questions answered in this one. Lindsay and Travis have so much in common. They've danced around each other for a decade but have kept distance between them because of their families.

I don't know how she does it, but every one of Annabelle MacCormack's MMC's has become my new book boyfriend. The turnaround in these fictional relationships is fast because once I start one of these books, I don't put it down until I'm finished.

I found this one to contain the least possibly triggering content and concepts, but as always– a friendly nudge to check your trigger warnings.

I can't wait for the next installment!

Travis and Lindsay have a big problem: they've had repeatedly one night stands for a long time, and they belong to rival families. This must stop!.. or not.

Travis is a sweetheart, he's step aside, as much as he was able to, from his and Lindsays's families rivalries. I loved how he tried to show Lindsay what they could be together.

Lindsay has more problems getting away from the family dynamic, but I've enjoyed watching her journey.

The book gives us a pleasant surprise intertwining the story of Travis and Lindsay with the origin of the feud between both families. It was such a delight understanding the reasons behind it and if the starting story was different, we wouldn't have Travis and Lindsay. All's well that ends well.

I found the meddling of the eldests endearing and the one of the youngest really petty, but Lindsay handled the last one perfectly.

This book has become my favorite in the Brandywood series.

Until Forever Ends is such a lovely read. This small town, forbidden love romance features the story of Travis and Lindsay. Travis and Lindsay’s relationship isn’t without dramas as their families have had a huge rivalry for years. We learn early on about their grandparents history and how this history has shaped the lives of their children and grandchildren. I thoroughly enjoyed the supporting characters and this is part of the Brandywood Small Town Romance series. I personally hadn’t read the other books in the series and no problem following along so it’s perfect as a standalone read. Such an enjoyable book by a new author to me.

thank you netgalley for an advance copy of this book!

it took me a while to get invested, but once i did i really enjoyed this book! plus i love a good dual pov. it is very character-heavy, and it was sometimes hard to keep track of who's who or which side of the feud they fell on (especially early on). however, this is the first book i've read from the brandywood series, so i'm sure it would have been easier to follow if i'd read the others first. but don't fret if you haven't! it works well as a standalone and you'll still have a good time! i'll definitely be going back to read the rest of the series.

This book hit me completely in the feels and I LOVED it ❤ I'm a sucker for a dual POV, dual timeline love story (or two) and am so glad we got to read a Wagner x Yardley romance as promised!

If you've read the earlier books in the series, you know all about the feud between Bunny and Peter, and how this has grown over the years to divide their town of Brandywood. So when a major town planning decision cannot be finalised due to their fighting, their grandchildren Travis Wagner and Lindsey Yardley are nominated to represent their families and fix things once and for all. There is only one problem; the two may not be friends, but their tension isn't caused by anger... and they've indulged before 🔥

I really enjoy Author Annabelle McCormack's writing style and find that I devour her books! I love a small town, forbidden romance and learning more of the back story to the family feud (flash backs to the time of the Vietnam War) only increased how emotionally connected I was to the story. The Author's writing is equal parts heart warming and spicy, a combination I don't often see done well and which allow me to become engrossed completely into their lives without the story feeling fake.

I've been lucky to receive ARCs for all four books in this series, and feel extremely grateful as she's easily one of my favourite Authors and an all around beautiful person! If you've read the Brandywood series, I also highly recommend See You Next Fall and her Windswept saga (historical romance) ❤

This is the first book by this author for me. I don’t like starting a series with book four, but here I am. LOL
I loved it. So much. I definitely need to go back and read books one through three in the Brandywood series. This did work well as a standalone for me, though.

Travis Wagner and Lindsay Yardley-both 26- are from two feuding families. The Yardleys don’t like the Wagners and vice versa. But, Travis and Lindsay have always liked each other. Occasional hookups for the past decade with no strings attached, because there couldn’t be anything more. There families wouldn’t allow it.

I did absolutely love when Travis realized he loved Lindsay and had for a long time. Once he realized it, there was no going back for him. It took Lindsay, deeply bonded to her family, a little longer to come around, though.

This is a small town, forbidden love, steamy, dual POV OF Travis and Lindsay mixed in with some past/present POV of another older couple. (I loved this storyline!)

Thank you to BookSirens and the author for an advanced readers copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I adore this series. Annabelle writes incredibly well rounded characters that always bloom and grow by the end of the story make the HEA so much more rewarding.

This take on enemies-to-lovers with a Romeo & Juliet vibe is full of angst, family drama and conflicts.

What started 2 generations back has left 2 families fueding over a misunderstanding and heartbreak.

Until Forever Ends follows the present day story of our FMC & MMC while having flashbacks leading up to what originally caused the rift between 2 of the towns most prominent families.

Brandywood is full of fun and history and I have loved reading it from the beginning!

I’ve had a couple of drinks and Travis Wagner is in my vicinity. I’m a victim of circumstance unable to steer away from this collision course.

I would’ve given this book 5 stars if Lindsay could’ve detach herself from her family at least towards the end of the book, I mean being almost 30 and still needing your family approval for your life choices is worrying at least.

Nevertheless, I loved this book. Travis was pretty much consistent about his thoughts and feelings- once he realised he’s in love with Lindsay there was no coming back and no second thoughts, fact which made the reading sooo satisfying. Yes, he loved his family- but chose to put his feelings above their hate for Lindsay’s family. Lindsay, as I said, annoyed the shit out of me at times- but I loved the person she became when she was around Travis- her wild real true self.

But what I liked the most about this read was the backstory of Peter and Bernadette. I would read a book about their full story anytime!! So simply put, we got not one- but two amazing love stories within this book- and I ate them up.

Some quotes that made me feel (something):

Nothing never means nothing.

I think I’m ready to stop worrying about happily ever after and just think more about happy endings.

Because each moment without her feels like a lifetime.

How can I miss something- someone- I never had?

“Sex is a very important part of character development” Nana said, sitting straighter. She raised her chin. “I love a good steamy novel. Write down the name of that book for me later, dear.”

Being with the right person brings joy like nothing else does.

I want you. Only you. And not just for a night.

Was that what love was? Travis was convinced it was. It’s just always been her.

I came for my girl.

Note: I received an ARC and this is my honest review of the book.

I have been so excited to read this since the second I finished the 3rd book in the series, Once We Met, and now of course I'm incredibly excited for book 5! I love the Brandywood books so much, everything from Annabelle's writing style to the town and its inhabitants is just perfect. I've been waiting for a Bunny and Peter story since at least book 2 and when I saw this was a Wagner/Yardley feud book I thought I'd predicted it until I saw it was about Travis and Lindsay. It worked out so much better than a Bunny/Peter romance would have done though because you got to see the younger generation who had siblings and parents and family feud pressure to worry about and jobs and things going on. And we did of course still get to see a bit of Bunny and Peter and with a lot about their past revealed in a few dual timeline past chapters so it was perfect. And the secrets uncovered were super exciting!

Travis and Lindsay were both great characters! One from each family, they were the perfect mix of caring and not caring about the family feud since it's been going on for so long they don't even know why they're supposed to hate each other. And having hooked up when they were younger they know they get on well some of the time! I thought the semi-forced proximity of the town council and Brian and his meddling was a really cool way of throwing them together and the added pressure of representing their respective families in the very current battle about Peter's shop. Nothing felt forced because of the Romeo & Juliet-level feud so any "oh no, we can't be together" moments were very real thanks to their families.

It was so great being back in Brandywood again, getting to know Travis and Lindsay who we'd only seen a tiny bit of in the previous books and seeing some old friends again. I have no idea who book 5 will be about but I need know and then read it RIGHT NOW hehe!

Once again, Annabelle McCormack has the ability to write such an angsty love story that I may have shed a tear or two. I love that she always tackles relationship issues head on. There is nothing fluffy about her romances. She includes just enough drama in her storylines that they don’t become your typical saccharine sweet contemporary romances.

This book takes on the Wagner/Yardley feud that has been alluded to in the previous books in this series. Travis Wagner and Lindsay Yardley are thrown together to resolve this life-long feud and reveal that the hostility goes far beyond any reason they could have ever imagined. The story is told through two timelines, present day and one over the course of time in the past.

I’ve only read the first in the series and started the other two books but I wanted to make sure I read this one in time for its release. This book works as a standalone but if you’re planning to read the series it would help to read them in order.

Thanks to #annabellemccormack and Victory Editing #netgalley Co-op, for this arc in exchange for my honest review.

Lindsay & Travis ❤️

🌳Lindsay and Travis’s families have an ongoing feud between them but no one really remembers how it started. That’s beside the older folks in town who remember when his grandmother Bernadette and her grandfather Peter were in love in their teens.

🛻Lindsay and Travis try not to give into their attraction, but it hasn’t stopped the pair hooking up several times over the past decade in secret.

❤️Things come to a head when the town of Brandywood is divided, taking sides over whether Peter’s family business needs to move out of the town centre. But secrets never stay secret for ever, and maybe the pair need to admit to their feelings.

🌈I’ve read all the books in this small town series as they have come out, and love how the characters are connected through friendship and caring connections. This pair, Lindsay and Travis have a taboo situation going on, and fight internal battles to try deny their feelings. Ultimately, a lot of this story is about owning the truth of the situation and swimming against the tide for what is right.

Thank you to Annabelle McCormack for the ARC!

Despite this being Book 4 of this series, it was the first one that I read and let me tell you, I was not disappointed!

I always love me a good enemies-to-lovers romance, but when it extends to the level of feuding families, I can't resist the Romeo and Juliet vibes.

Lindsay was a relatively endearing FMC with all of her hangups and need to please her family. But, Travis, the MMC was the real star of this story. Despite the forbidden nature of their relationship, he was playing the role of a boyfriend from the very beginning. One could argue that Lindsay was choosing to be blind to all of the sweet little things that he did for her.

Their happily ever after didn't come easily. They had to fight for it and earn the ability to be in each other's lives. But, as a result, the mysteries surrounding their families started to unravel, taking this story from predictable to incredibly interesting.

4 ⭐️

Steamy, humorous, angsty romance between a couple from feuding families
I cannot recall being entertained and irritated more by the same book at the same time! This book is fun, humorous, witty, sweet and more but it made me angry, sad, smile and more. Only a well-written book could bring out all those emotions…for the same reader at the same time. Secrets have kept a feud seething in Brandywood, Maryland for generations between the Wagners and the Yardleys. The most recent problem is that Travis Wagner at 26yo and Lindsay Yardley also 26yo have had a secret dalliance for ten years. If their families ever found out, there would be a lot of yelling and trouble! Well, what do you know?! Yelling and trouble find our young couple in spades.
Read this great book and see how secrets ruined a relationship and are on course to do the same again. The twist near the end was envisioned but never expected. A little less angst would have improved the book for me but otherwise, I highly recommend this book. I volunteered to review an ARC of it through BookSirens.

This is the fourth book of the Brandywood series. I have read the previous books and enjoyed them and this one also did not disappoint. Travis and Lindsay have been having a secret affair for years. Secret because their families have been feuding for as long as they can remember. Each time they claim to be their last, but when Travis' family targets Lindsay's grandfather, they are forced to work together to bring peace to the town. Constantly being in each other's company makes it harder to deny their feelings for each other. As they decide to give their love a chance, they have to face the daunting task of telling their families. Could their love heal the rift between the feuding families?

This book was such fun to read. There were many parts that had me smiling and laughing out loud. The chemistry between Travis and Lindsay was undeniable, the pair was perfect together! The story was well-written and kept me engaged from start to finish. Glad to have had the opportunity to read it!

If you are looking for an enemy to lovers, family rivals, Hallmark vibes kind of books, this is for you. This book has the present timeline of two main characters that are from rivaling families that don’t want to be rivals anymore. You have the past timeline of their grandparents that show how the rivalry started. The prologue of this book had me in my feels before the actual story started, and the FMC’s brother, Logan, had me ready to fight. I will say if he were my brother I would never forgive him for what he did, ever. Also, how her dad didn’t beat the crap out of her brother once he found out what happened was beyond me. I feel like he got off scot free. This book will make you think about just how important your family’s opinion of who you date truly is, and how much you will put up with before you say enough is enough.

Thank you to the author for allowing me to read the arc for an honest review.

This book had more angst than I expected, but it was so good. I really loved the family dynamics, and the rivalry was insanely dramatic. I loved the flashbacks and getting a bit of the mystery behind the rivalry revealed little by little. I'm happy how things ended up for all the characters in the story. Highly recommend for fans of forbidden romance. Technically, it can be read as a standalone, but read the other books to get a good feel of the town's history and dynamic.

This book was the fourth in the Brandywood series and featured Travis Wagner and Lindsay Yardley, two characters who were supposed to dislike each other due to their families’ generational feud. The book explores their grandparents’ history in perspective shifts juxtaposed with the present day. Even though it is part of a series, the novel can be read as a standalone and is still enjoyable!

I read this over a weekend while awaiting emergency dental work. An author has a true gift if they can transport you to another place when you’re experiencing challenging circumstances. I’m so grateful I had this book to read! Can’t wait for the next one in the series.

Another cute story from Annabelle McCormack! Like the other installments in this series, Until Forever Ends was easy to read and well paced, with relatable characters and complex conflicts. I enjoyed the flashbacks to the beginning of the families' feud and how it tied in to the present-day story, without taking away from the main storyline. There were quite a few side characters, though, so I did get a little confused trying to keep everybody straight and keep track of whose side everybody was on. But overall, this was an enjoyable story that I read within a few days, and I look forward to the next book!

Brandywood #4 - a lovely opportunity to drop back into the small town world of bakers and restauranteers! This novel focuses on the decades long feud between the Yardley’s and Wagners as two of the third generation (Lindsay and Travis) navigate a decade of hooking up amid business woes in the small town. They’re thrust together, willingly and unwillingly, to come up with a solution and in the course of these official duties they also find lots of time to go on a first date (plus a few more) and begin to navigate what a real relationship might look like.

But nothing stays a secret in Brandywood and there are lots that come out of the woodwork in this novel (and then some!). A fun smalltown romance with lots of family drama!

“Until forever ends” by Annabelle McCormack was 2.5 stars for me.

The main characters, Travis Wagner and Lindsay Yardley lack gumption in every way. Two families divided by years of misunderstandings and cowardice between Travis’ grandfather and Lindsay’s grandmother left the whole small town and their families divided as well. Years and years of hate and revenge among the members of both families suddenly end up fixed by a small and vey late explanation, that left me as a reader very dissatisfied with a rushed ending.

Not one of my favorite books to be honest.

This is book 4 in McCormack's A Brandywood Small Town Romance series and can be read as a standalone, although for this book I think reading the previous ones in the series would be better for spoilers' sake...but you do you! A wonderful small-town romance read where we get caught up on our previous characters but focus' on main characters Travis and Lindsay. Legendary family rivalry keeps this from being anything but an easy HEA for these two. A wonderful read I found myself so emotionally invested in these two. A great read!

Loved this modern day nod to Romeo & Juliet. Travis and Lindsay have loved each other for 10 years, but their families' feud has kept them apart.. making them kept their feelings for each other secret.

I enjoyed how the story unfolded and how we learned about the past and the reason the feud started to begin with. Travis and Lindsay shared quite a few spicy scenes and the family drama was well written. I'm hoping to go back and read the other books in this series!

The Wagners and the Yardleys hate each other… with one exception. Travis Yardley and Lindsay Wagner haven’t been able to keep their hands off each other since they were 16, in secret anyways.

Until Forever Ends was such a sweet read. Two love stories in one, with Travis and Lindsay and Peter and Bunny. A little open door spiciness, a HEA and some fun banter made for a fun read. This was the first book of the series that I had read, but I’ll definitely go back to read the others!

Another great book by the author! The main characters had amazing chemistry, and, as in her other books, the author has written a wonderful collection of personalities around them! This story is of feuding families and forbidden love. I was on the edge of my seat waiting for the big reveal of what caused these two families to hate each other so much. I was not disappointed when the explanation came. This was a lovely book, and I can't wait to pick up whatever the author publishes next!

I love all the books in this series. They just keep getting better and better. This story is about Travis and Lindsay, who were on two different sides of a family feud. The MCs are so relatable. Both have their own insecurities and deep love for one another. They must find the strength to fight for their love deep within themselves. I could not put this book down. I needed to see how it ended. I highly recommend this book to all romance readers.
