This book was good start on how to change the thought process for talking to yourself or about yourself. It teaches you who to frame and word statements. The only part I didn’t like is that it felt like the author was trying to sell me something. Whether it be the cassette tapes (lol the book was published in like 1986), or on the idea itself. While I understand the importance of talking good about yourself and reframing the wording/statements, it still seemed very pushy. Still learned some things though and will try to apply it to myself. 3.5 ⭐️
