The Sales Tightrope was a great read that expanded my sales knowledge by understanding how to interact with customers, and not be annoying. Katie does an excellent job making this book very digestible and engaging.

Much like the tips included in the book, I feel like this book was written with the reader in mind. Concise, easy to follow and well written. Was a great book that felt modern and well researched.
