This book is handout heavy! I wish there was a PDF link or some type of download because copying that many handouts is difficult.
As a certified nurse-midwife, this is a good resource for a midwife looking to provider better PMADs care in clinic - especially postpartum. But the handouts have to be more accessible than they currently are!

I do still use my kindle copy to quickly find highlights and pages marked for guiding certain conversations, but I'm sure the same can be done with a paper copy.
