A pleasant work book for those who want a different perspective on being lonely. While this work book is nothing groundbreaking I will say that it can give readers insight on where to address their inner problems. It has small sections that briefly explain the activity and importance of but doesn't go deep into why people may experience loneliness. It also can be difficult to answer some of the prompts if you don't have friends or a large family, I recommend answering them to the best of your ability or coming back to them later. They also provide additional resources if you need or want something beyond what the book has to offer. I think this is a good work book to turn to if you aren't sure where to start or if you feel burnt out from previous attempts of trying to understand yourself.
