After The Collapse – Book 1
Post Apocalyptic Survival and Adventure Fiction
By 2038, the apocalypse had been years in the making. The only question was - would it be caused by a financial collapse, a nuclear war, or a bio-weapon. No one thought the end of the United States would result from all three. Walt knew things were bad, but like most Americans, he felt the government would muddle through and keep its citizens safe. He was wrong. Too many politicians worked hard to line their pockets while not ensuring America would stay strong and survive. Walt and his loved ones have to face the apocalypse and the ramifications of life AFTER AMERICA no longer exists. Walt isn’t prepared but is resourceful and puts his heart into surviving. He finds like-minded men and women with skills that increase their chances of surviving, but are their efforts too little too late? America is gone, and humanity has been decimated. Can Walt lead a determined group to a better life while the world circles the drain?

Someone EMP'd the west coast and nuked San Francisco

In Oregon, Walt and his family survived on his Dad's prepper compound. With very little information flowing about conditions in America, the small community fought slavers and sex traffickers and a well organized group seemingly kidnapping select survivors to populate their new United States. Walt's family and loved ones were preparing to fight on multiple fronts as well as trying to survive in a country blasted into a powerless shadow of itself. But there's a traitor in their group and they don't know it. . . yet.
Great action, amazing characters and a great prepping storyline! This is a great read and I'm looking forward to book 2!

Sorry.

I’m sorry to say that I really struggled with this book until the last few chapters and it got better enough to be able to finish it. It was very slow-moving and the interaction between the terrible characters was very terrible and very childlike. I was so surprised that I actually checked to see if the book was from the same author that I had previously read because any other books I have read from this author were consistently good. I am disappointed but hopefully, the next one will be better.

Just okay.

This book was just okay. The plot would have been better if there wasn’t so much talk about sex. I had a hard time really connecting to any of the characters. There wasn’t much character development.

A good read. A bit predictable at times , I guess I must have read a few too many books on prepping ha ha
It did give me a few hrs of entertainment when it was raining

Good stoty

Good story, but the writing is stilted and awkward. The dialogue is terrible. Needs a really good editor. Overall not terrible.

OKAY BOOK

This book isn't particularly well written or edited but is engaging for all that.
It's not a bad read after all.
