About the author

Growing up as a young child Rae Knight used to hate reading, but as she grew into her adolescent years it all chnaged. It was this love of reading, mixed with her vivid imagination, that had her begin her writing career. The first books she ever wrote were at the age of fifteen scribble in the pages of a spiral notebook. Now a days, you can find her trying hard to write these bios in third person, which she doesn't even do in her books. When she's not teaching, she's mothering three small children. Her writing is mainly done once her littles have fallen asleep for the night.

Another great book by Rae. This was about Hailey and Ian. They met through Liv as they were both her best friends. Ian was her friend from high school who lost touch with each other when he moved away. Hailey was her best friends from college. Liv wanted Hailey to get Ian to liven up and she succeeded at that. Hailey asked Ian to be her date for a charity function and she proposed a cake relationship because her dad was always trying to set her up with his chef Juan. Ian agreed and she ended up getting him all to herself for 24 hours. They learned a lot about each other. They spent a lot of time together after that. One night they got into a fight and she told him to leave. He gave her the space she asked for. One night he had enough so he went to her father’s opening but he was really late because of traffic and he missed the whole thing and got there when the restaurant was closed. Juan was being forceful with Hailey and she told him to stop. She ended up getting away but not too far and he trapped her in the kitchen. She kept hitting him and her father walked in. She asked her what was going on so she told him but Juan said that isn’t what happened. She was afraid her father would believe him over her. But he didn’t. He fired Juan on the spot and then he called Ian and he got there quick since he wasn’t far. Definitely a must read book and series. I love how this all played out.

This book was just as amazing as the first one! I really love seeing Even & Haley start there love and reading the whole love story. I kinda had a feeling on where this would go but man!!! The drama, twist and turns, the story background was great.
I swear reading this author book they are like movies playing out the stories .. all the details are not left out and you feel like you are really watching a movie. Hallmark movie as that. I mean the stuff that happens in this book feels like it is a life story and you are hearing about it.

You have pregnancy , cancer , love, break ups, trust issues ,abuse, business deals, and so much more. I don't want to give everything away but I swear I can keep talking and talking your ear off about this book and #1

A few things that stood out to me throughout the book.
I love that they play a game called reveal when they want to ask questions about each other. ( Even & Haley)

The love that Lucas and Rose have for each other is amazing! You get a lot in the first book which is about them but you see there marriage grow/ troubles and hear about there kids.

I love that the authors keeps them inside the book throughout all of them! I can't wait and most excited for the last one. The name itself caught my eye!!!

On to saved by a Viking. Who will she make a story about this time.

Great follow up to the first book in this series Saved by the Billionaire. Ian and Hailey are basically getting along for the sake of their best friend. Ian always believed that Red was going to be the one for him, but he learned that if you don't step up in time that can all be taken away. Now he is trying to move on. Hailey is just trying to believe in love and a happy ever after. But that is not so easy for her.
She proposes a fake relationship to Ian. It will help them both or so she believes that. But once these two get together and are around each other all of the time sparks instantly fly. But Hailey is holding back because of one major reason. Will these two find happy ever after?
I literally read this in one setting. I absolutely love the chemistry between these two and the way that Ian is with Hailey. The most precious moment is when something happens to Hailey and Ian is called to come get her. He was so very tender with her.
Rae did one amazing job writing this storyline. You can literally feel everything that these two go through not only with their relationship but with their best friend.

Oh my goodness. It was so refreshing to get back into this series after such a long break. I missed Liv and Lucas. But more so I was just ready for more romance.
Hailey is a sweet and wonderful friend how could you not want her to find her happy ending? And with her best friends childhood friend?! Just utter perfection.
Ian is a wonderful man hung up on a girl he fell for in highschool. There’s only one woman who can help him get past it.
This story isn’t without sadness. But it’s worth every second of worry and concern when you see how well this couple is together. How much they love one another. How they can grow and protect one another. *chefs kiss

This was my first book by this author and although I hadn’t read the book before this I didn’t feel as if I needed to as it reads well as a standalone. This book gave me all the feels throughout the story, it was funny, heartwarming and at times sad, it was one of the few books I’ve read that made me cry. So much happened in Hailey & Ian’s story and I loved how they loved each other, showing how strong their relationship was by being there for each other through the ups and downs. Brilliant read and I can’t wait to read more from this author.

I liked this! She's a new to me author & this is Ian & Hailey's story. They've known each other for a while & he's been carrying a torch for the one that got away. I didn't read the 1st book, but I really didn't need to, to understand what was going on. Hailey brings him out of his depression & is so good for him. The spice was fantastic & they all go through so much & it makes them stronger. Highly recommend this book & author.

Great Read!

This is a moving read. Ian thought he was in love with his best friend, but was he? In walks Hailey and the two start off in a mutually beneficial fake relationship and the fireworks blow up everything! I loved the depth of the character development and the storyline was engaging and easy to follow. If you are looking for a lighter read with depth, this is the book for you!
