I thought this was great. The mystery is so good. The setting and the characters are fantastic and the lead is not TSTL. I also love the premise of this being a podcast that looks into cold cases (it still reminds me of the Allison S. Hallmark mystery series that I liked). Even though this is under the Christian Fiction umbrella it doesn't feel preachy or silly in its execution coming from a non-christian's view point. Also, it does romance really well. A lot of cozy's it feels silly to maybe be dating someone for multiple books. This one is sweet but realistic.

I am going to read as much as I can by this author at the library.

A Wonderful Read!

A Latte Mayhem was everything a fan of Tyora Moody would enjoy reading! The continuation of the characters and setting from Book 1 made the read interesting and familiar. Joss and Andre's relationship still seems good. The mystery of the murder made the read perfect.

I really liked this one!!

You don’t have to read the first book of this series to understand what’s going on, as Moody does a good job at lacing it all together again. But! I will say this book, I enjoyed better than the first.

It wasn’t predictable at all, and the suspense of who was responsible for Rebecca’s murder did not fall flat.

I will say the initial book description heightens a potential issue between Andre and Joss. Let’s just say I got my hopes up for the relationship drama. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed reading A Latte Mayhem!

Will consider reading the third book of the series!

⭐️Another Joss Miller novel for the win⭐️

She’s back and on another mission, this time to find out who killed Rebecca Montgomery. But who is Rebecca Montgomery? To her community an artist whose life was cut short way too soon and nobody understands why. Eager to uncover this masterpiece, Joss does it in her own fashion, through podcasting. So who did it? Rebecca’s publicist? Best friend? Sister? Boyfriend? You gotta check out this title to find out!

Highly recommended for individuals who love mystery novels, page turners and a lot of action! 10/10 ⭐️

Excellent read

Excellent read, I loved the characters and storyline. Joss is again, using her podcast to show light on the disappearance of a local artist. She approaches her interviews with soft touch and smart questions. Her mysteries are fast moving and a page turner. I look forward to the next installment. I enjoy all of mysteries written by Tyora Moody.

This is quickly becoming a favorite series! Joss is such a compassionate, loyal, and justice-seeking character who puts family first. There are definitely some darker themes in this (it's still cozy) since she has a true-crime podcast, but I highly recommend it! I love the focus on the arts in this series too. It's a very art supportive community :)

A great cozy read

Believable storyline, plot, and characters. I thought the podcast interviews could've been more in depth, but this was a very enjoyable read. Love Tyora Moody's mysteries and looking forward to the next book in the series.

A Latte Mayhem, Joss Miller returns for a second season of the Cold Justice podcast. The subject is a local artist and activist named Rebecca Montgomery who went missing three years ago. As she pieces together the puzzle, it becomes clear that someone wants to keep the truth buried. A little romance is thrown into the mix now that Joss is six months into dating Detective Andre Baez. Of course, her amateur sleuth behavior could jeopardize their relationship and her own safety.

Another good easy read! A Latte Mayhem is the kind of book you cuddle up with on a chilly weekend afternoon with a hot cup of coffee or cocoa. The mystery may be easy to solve but it's nice reading how it plays out to a satisfying ending. I am definitely looking forward to more of this series hopefully coming soon. ~LiteraryMarie
