I love this author for her cookbooks. Once again the illustrations are clear, the instructions concise and easy to read. Not a lot of confusion or clutter as in some other cookbooks. I was really interested in this one because it has foods from my parents and my era. Can't wait to try how they are. with this book there is a little introduction for each era. I love how she has the recipe in "" ex. "Titanic's Trimph". It even tell sy ou what to listing to as you are making the dish. This is my favorite cookbook so far! So cool.....

This is a great cookbook, showing you food across the ages. There are lots of pictures and most recipes are not difficult. Showing how our foods changed over the decades is a great way to show how we have changed. From meatloaf to meat pie, chicken ala king, and then the desserts. This is a fun cookbook.
