Finally, the book closes with a strong Marxist-based critique of the various theories, policies, and tools, leaving the reader with some troubling questions to ponder.

I had to read this book for class. As far as textbooks go, it wasn't bad, and in fact informative and well written. It's not a light read. ONe would only be reading this if they had to for class, I think.
