decent and interesting enough series, however the last 2 or 3 books were "synthesized voice", in other words narrated by a computer not a real person. This book in particular was really hard to listen to. Words mispronounced, inflection wrong, and the lack of emotion in the reading was awful. AI narration is not something I want so will watch for that in the future.

I liked this book,but,I think the series could have finished with book eight,,,,there was a lot of talking to herself from the main character,,most of it not necessary,,,it was just adding length to the book and had nothing to do with how the book ended,,I do like this author and have enjoyed this series but this one not my favorite,,,
