Thorough as hell. Not super detailed on some of the more practical aspects (i.e. it's only somewhat descriptive about analyzing the repairs a house will need), but on the finance and tax sides, it is exhaustive.

Good overall view of real estate investing. Covers all the aspects of RE investing. There is a lot of information in this book. However, if you are looking for info on just investing in rental houses, this would probably not be the first book you should get.
