But before he can, the killer heads to New York, bringing FBI Agent Sally Cope and Eli Ross together again, and Ollie into the killer’s sights. He helps develop a strategy for the U.S. Arms Industry, proposes a way we can protect the planet from meteors, and works to bring organizations together to develop a solution to the ever growing problem of plastic waste.
