Get REAL. Be the leader you were meant to be. Anyone can lead. You might not see yourself as a leader, but everyone has it inside them to step up, make an impact, and get results when they need to. Look at most parents, they’re doing that on a daily basis. Look at what teachers and medical professionals do. During the Covid-19 pandemic, none of these people were given any coaching or encouragement, they just had to do it. They had to step up, take control and inspire when many other ‘leaders’ were running around like headless chickens. It was these everday leaders we looked up to for support. REAL leaders who communicated with us, kept everything running and kept us safe. They’re probably the last people to call themselves leaders, but the impact of what they do is obvious, they were – and are – leaders. And that’s because they have those leadership qualities inside of them. We all do. You do, too.
