Preventing Burnout Advice

I absolutely enjoyed this book because it has amazing advice on how to avoid burnout. I like how this book discusses the signs to look for before the burnout accelerates. This book discusses on what you can do to boost resilience and productivity while reducing stress and strain.

decent book for what it is

Another pretty decent book. Although there are definitely a lot of these out there. The information is solid even if it kind of blends in to the others of its kind. I do like the writing style because it’s punchy and easy to follow.
