finished 12t sep 2025 good read two stars it was okay and the 11th divisible man story i've read, a series that began great, lot of potential, and then seaborne inserted his political beliefs and i lost altitude. what made it worse is that an assassin, who is now in custody, killed charlier kirk a couple days ago and the vile hared spewed by people like seaborne (progressive liberal) has been over the top.

that asshat stephen king even got into it, as he usually does, hey, he's a fucking millionaire and he doesn't give a rat's ass what a conservative reader thinks. surprisingly, the shithead apologized.

it was in the 7th or 8th story, eight ball, where things went completely off the fucking rails. seaborne, being cute, and a typical fucking liberal, portrayed trump, "tweeter in chief" never using the word "trump", oh no, that wouldn't fucking work. he used phrases like "his supporters wear red hats with a slogan". in that story, an assassin takes aim at trump....and fails...and in the aftermath the divisible man's wife pays the price because, hey, sit happens. people of a certain flavor blame her and that goes on for several more stories and that tangent never was resolved, assuming this is the last of the series. if there's more i don't believe i'll bother reading. i know i won't be reading anything else seaborne has or publishes. i've stopped reading people whose language and thought is so warped that conversation with them is best left undone. move on.

anyway, he inserts his political beliefs in the story. i don't need that. i don't want that. when an assassin tried to kill trump the established media, the associated press, cnn, the washington post, all portrayed the event as "trump falling"...disturbed by "loud popping noises". really. check it out. it's not a fucking internet rumor. the established fucking media portrayed what was clearly an assassination attempt in that light...much as seaborne portrayed it in his story, trump falling, a buffoon.

i've read more than one story with fictional presidents and other elected officials, heads of state. i'd hazard that75-90% of the time the writer uses a name that isn't confused with a sitting or past president. they're not out to send a message. they're telling a fucking story.

and seaborne compares antifa to generals eisenhower and patton, they were anti-fascist, too! seaborne never spent a day in uniform. if he had, the insult in such a comparison would be plain would be unthinkable.

but hey, half the fucking country is nuts, so if reading that kind of shit gets your dick hard knock yourself fucking out.

A solid entry in the series, not as good as the last one, but better than some of the others. I think the author is very afraid to let Will embrace the darker side that Will talks about. Will claims to have such a side, but he never crosses that distinct line.

Will threats/blackmail/extortion solution can only work so long. Pretty soon he’s going to come up against someone who can’t be threatened and someone Will loves will suffer because Will wouldn’t cross the line.

Another very good read. I’ve read 11 in this series. Howard Seaborne does an excellent job. Easy to read and quite captivating. As a pilot I love all Howard’s descriptions and references to aviation.
Every plot is very different. Looking forward to starting the Twelfth Knight
