Poorly edited, especially compared to the previous books in this series. Also, I do NOT like when whole chapters of another book are at the end of a book. In the case of this book, it was another whole book at the end! Did NOT read it, do NOT like it!! JMHO
This was another great chapter in the series however there were proofreading errors and I am still not happy that the author changed the MJ's daughter's name from Zoe to Chloe in the last book and she's still doing it in this book - what the heck???
I thought there could have been a little more to this chapter but at least it didn't end on a cliffhanger. The characters and their magic are becoming more involved and we got a good background story in this installment which was nice.
These books are quick reads but page turners, so I can definitely appreciate the story telling. I recommend this series and am looking forward to what else the gang has in store.
can't wait till the next book, wasn't too sure abt it because the main character is in her 20s but that didn't matter in this novel. i love my midlife paranormal books as they are more relatable but looking forward to the next adventure in this series
This book was a real surprise. The first few pages didn't seem all that interesting. I had read another series by this author so decided to give it more time. I'm glad I did. Can't wait to read more.
I wish I had started reading this author's works earlier. I have had her books on my device for a while. Now I am bingeing most of her series. I love them!
