There is actually a couple of Mysteries going on in this Book. The ones about the bones is the one referrd to in the title. It is interesting how information comes to the attention of Frank.
Narrator does a Great job with the various characters voices and the entire storyline.

I think the book was sort of like 2 stories but they are connected at the end. Frankie was a private investigator. One morning he got up at his apartment and seen cop cars and vehicles all around the property. Seem as they were going to put in a new fire pit they ended up finding bones of 2 people buried in the back yard. Well the the book starts talking about Ponce de Le'on. He apparently was doing some research to find some gold lost many years ago. He was a treasure hunter. Well he died and his family offered all his fathers research to papers to him. As he also was writing a book about Ponce de Le'on. That gave him more info and off he goes on hunting the missing treasures. Does he find it or does he find trouble instead?

I’m invested in Frankie Armstrong. Definitely one of the better series I have read. In this book, Frankie, who now has his own detective agency with a partner, retired police officer, Sam, is called to investigate two unrelated mysteries. There is a missing doctor, presumed dead, and a set of old bones in the condo complex. One is a thrilling action-packed crime mystery, while the other is more procedural – uncovering clues. Both kept me guessing until the resolution – a satisfying resolution for me.

Wonderful narration from Randy McCarten, who brings out the suspense, action and bringing the characters alive.

We have a few mysteries from the past and present that could have something to do with the bones that were found. The twists and turns that will keep you guessing until the end.

One morning Frankie a private investigator sees police cars and vehicles all around his apartment property. When some one was putting in a new fire pit they found the bones of two people buried in the back yard.
This is a thrilling action-packed crime mystery.

I really enjoyed this, there were two mysteries to solve and they came together in the end. It kept me listening and I wanted to know what happened. Yes sometimes the English accent slipped and didn't make sense, but you can live with that. The story itself worked and I immediately went to audible to see if there was another one - as I wanted to continue and there wasn't, hope there is one as would like to continue the story.

I'm A Sucker For A Good Florida Novel

And this one is good. I really like the way this author thinks. It was a little bit confusing since the chapters aren't titled, but you are eventually how the stories all come together. A book whose time has come, who knows where the truth separates from the conspiracy?

I enjoyed my first novel by this author. The book is action-packed, fast-paced, and gripping from page one. I enjoy listening to murder mysteries because there are unpredictable outcomes. Narrator Randy McCarten voiced the story well. My only criticism is Randy needing to work on a consistent and better British accent.
