This is a collection of stories and most of them sounded like the stories from a book I had just read. I don't like to re-read books. I didn't like the publisher adding in 2 of their books about bigfoot in the middle of the book. I listen to books while driving and all of a sudden went from medical stories to bigfoot. I was totally confused at first. The last two chapters seemed to repeat the first few paragraphs in the same chapter. Don't know if that was a technical glitch on my end or not.
The stories were interesting, but it makes me curious if I have heard the same stories in the next book.
as a nurse myself, it was a little thick to pour on the "changed my life" emotions without even giving any depth to the stories. I actually didn't/couldn't finish it.
This book was garbage! There was no emotion to it. It was awful! Didn’t give me a glimpse in to the life of an ER doctor/nurse at all! Don’t buy this book!
