At the time of this review, I've read roughly 12 books on squash. This is one of if not the best book on squash I've yet read. It's focus is primarily on the sports psychology and tactical aspect of the game.

You will learn the most effective types of mindsets to adopt and the context within which to adopt them. Scenarios from matches, games, opponents, friends, enemies and various situations can be approached with the right context-of-mind thanks to Jesse's fantastic articulation of what mental context you need to adopt within a given scenario. His explanation of why you want to adopt a given mindset and the outcome it can incur provides the reader with clear insight and the motivation for implementation.

For someone who has struggled a great deal with the mental aspect of squash, this book has become the cornerstone building block to my own future mental development in the sport. A huge thank you to Jesse for compiling this information to share with those who have a great passion for improving at this wonderful game.
