I enjoyed the beginning, but the rest of the book seemed to turn into marketing to work with her with so much of the text being testimonials. It became quite off putting for me and felt a bit inauthentic.

Gostei deste livro, não tanto como estava à espera ainda assim foi interessante!
O livro fala sobre canalização/escrita automática que ocorre quando estamos em contacto com A Fonte/Os nossos guias espirituais/ O nosso eu superior.

Gostei da parte inicial e que a autora mencionasse a linguagem de luz, a comunicação com os animais e ente queridos que já partiram.
Ela coloca no final de alguns capítulos exercícios, mensagens do conselho/seus guias espirituais.
Aquilo que menos gostei é que o livro apesar de curto faz diversas referências ao seu curso e aos alunos e situações que aconteceram com os mesmos. Na realidade é um livro que dá um lamiré sobre o tema porém não aprofunda como estava à espera, para isso será necessário investir em mentorias com a autora ou alguém dentro da área.

Em geral interessante mas daqui vou ter de fazer mais pesquisa 🔍

Very good and thorough book for the topic. If you want to tap into your intuitive hunches, nudges, and knowings, or if you want to take steps to work as a medium or channel, this is a very good book to help you on that path.

This was a meh for me, a lot mention of students, people she met through her workshops. There was a little info at each chapter followed by severel stories of others. Some ended with a meditation.

I enjoyed this audiobook. It brought me some perspective changes and deep emotional exploration. While I don't agree with everything Landon writes, I did enjoy this book. The meditations are wonderful, and I think the overall message is powerful.

Eye-opening and mind-opening.
Sara Landon provides an easy step-by-step process on automatic writing, which she says is the easiest and most common way to channel; the way she started to channel. It is with a great deal of warmth that Sara Landon offers that each of us can commune with her higher consciousness, which will be our best and most loving companion. For some, it can be onwards, to other beings or angels, which seems to be Sara Landon’s channelling experience. Without any insight in the latter route, I certainly found it easy to communicate to my higher self, which was quite revelatory.

The book offers insights into gaining intuition into oneself and others. It encourages everyone to be loving / more loving towards others, by firstly being more loving to oneself. You Are A Channel is a helpful resource that I will refer to time and again. Her clear prose and methods are universally applicable once you open your heart’s doors.

Audiobook:

She sounds like Velma when she's systematically (read: robotically) detailing how the freshly caught villain previously carried out their devious plan (i.e. narrating exposition for the audience).

That's not meant as an insult, but admittedly it doesn't make for the best listening experience. ESPECIALLY considering/knowing the fact that Sara has a nice and pleasant voice when she's talking normally.

I've listened to her for countless hours on YouTube where she speaks normally and also channels. But her narration here exclusively sounds like her channeling voice. It’s so strange and unpleasant to hear her read the book in this way.

Along with the topic being intriguing, she obviously means well and seems like a great person so I powered through this.

As it relates to the audiobook, this would easily have been 3-4 stars. But the narration is FARRRR too robotic for me to give it that. There’s no way I could relisten to this even though this is very much the kind of book and topic you would want to revisit.

So it's 2 stars for me.

It started off quite well but after the first few chapters it became very repetitive. I found there was also way too much insertion of testimonials from students from the authors course, which became a bit much after a while.
