If I was able to write I could have written this book as the same type things happened to me. (and still do). Even hospitals are toxic environments with their Frebreeze and other air toxins. They never think to open a window and let some fresh air in. However, in some cities that would be a mistake as the air outside is deadly. Here in CO the air is usually cleaner.
A nurse at Anna Kaseman recommended this to me when I complained how toxic the hospital air was there. The plastics machine was killing me!
