Really lovely selection of recipes. I've read it and started using it, but not yet tried everything. Really broad range of recipes. Looking forward to trying them out with my coeliac father in April.

Wide Variety of GF recipes

This cookbook is easy to navigate and the pictures are very bright and beautiful. The recipes are easy to follow and I appreciate that there are so many details about the different ingredients.

Thanks for a quality GF cookbook!

A great GF cookbook. Lots of things in here that I'd like to make, including a scone recipe that doesn't require lemonade! Although, I would preferred a pumpkin scone recipe over a cheese scone recipe.
