This book is a great early chapter book in the Junie B. Jones series where her family is taking her to Hawaii for a vacation (and her dad has a job interview). It features all of the standard activities that Junie is known for (rambunctiousness, excitement, and eagerness) which after all she is in Hawaii and why wouldn't a first grader be excited.
As for my future classroom, I don't really see me having it or using it in my classes because it is an early chapter book.
