This is an absolutely brilliant book by a young mum from Cardiff in Wales (only good things come from Wales!). There are tons of lovely recipes and each one is photographed beautifully in glorious colour just made to make your mouth water! I have cooked 5 so far and each one tastes really good, I can see myself using this book for many months to come. Ashleigh stands out as a bright star in the cookery world because her recipes seem different, sort of more modern, and not because she has an air fryer section which you can also follow even if you don't have one, like me! You would have to see the book to understand what I mean, it's a very good buy.
