This is an informed and gentle introduction to some of the Celtic ways of spiritual life. Full of meditations and guidance on how to follow the natural cycles of the seasons and lunar calendar to establish a closer connection with nature and a spiritual way of life.
Donald McKinney had a deep knowledge of the early Celtic church and the Celtic Druidic world that existed before it. New rituals to connect to the solstices and solar/lunar festivals are simple and engaging. A great book for anyone interested in the Celtic spiritual way of life.
