I only read Lisette Marshall’s story about Naxi and Thysandra. It’s good. It’s like 60 pages and at least 30 of them are a sec scene so 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️/5.

My review will be short, but the anthology has a good mixture of different tropes (besides the overall enemies to lovers). You will definitely find something to your liking. Either way, here's my personal opinion on all 8 stories in this anthology:

Hunter's Captive by Nicolette Andrews
By far the most disappointing of all of the stories, as the flow was off from the very beginning.
2/5⭐

The Serpent and the Swallow by R. L. Davennor
Second most favourite story of this collection, the setting was familiar (Peter Pan universe) but it was still really interesting.
4,5/5⭐

Ravaged Oath by Zoey Ellis
Room to explore the universe more, and in a good way. Not my favourite trope, but still genuinely enjoyed it.
4/5⭐

In Love and War by Lisette Marshall
Limited setting but it worked. A lot of the other stories were trying too hard to establish too much in a short amount of time. Excellent smut.
4/5⭐

Of Medris and Munity by H. R. Moore
God, should have been a 300 page book, the romance would have been even more amazing!
4/5⭐

House of Tricksters by S. L. Prater
Trying hard to do a lot, but it falls flat.
3,5/5⭐

Ramiel by Jennie Lynn Roberts
My favourite story, absolutely amazing story telling, great universe and characters I burned to know more about.
5/5⭐

Blood Tribute by Vela Roth
Excellent writing, interesting world and good flow.

it's an enemies-to-lovers anthologies with varying tropes and theme that you can't miss out. I'm glad I got this book from the authors when I joined their mailing list. If you love romantasy, enemies-to-lovers, and short stories with varying level of spice, I highly recommend this anthology.

Definitely not my style, too full of violence and blood and revenge. Not what I like if I'm reading. Plus one star for having same sex characters.
