Ruby Bridegroom
Growing up in a clan of killers taught me not to trust. My whole life I've fended for myself, setting out to prove I can be as deadly as the rest. When the only person I considered family needs freeing I go hunting for the bounty to save her. Only to be faced with the man who says I'm his one. Can I trust this stranger who I'm supposed to kill? I might not have a choice where he is concerned. Kingston Wolfe
For years I believed those like me were eliminated from the world, until my wolf screams Mate. Now I'm on the hunt to find the woman who holds all the truth about our kind. When I find her will I be able to deal with all the bloodshed she's created? She may think she's evil, but I'll show her there's more to her than murder. **This is an insta-love, novella with a twist. Come check out my first Shifter romance. While different from my normal books, the characters still fall fast for the object of their desire. If you like instant chemistry, can't deny that feeling, type of attraction between characters then this book is for you! The subject matter is for those over the age of 18.**

Well, what do we have here? A shifter story by Pixie Chica? We do and I very much enjoyed it. Very unique and different (in a good way). Twists and turns that made me say... "Wait...what? No way".
-dual virgins
-dual POV
-no cheating
-some talk of abuse but not towards h/H
-epilogues at 5 years and 18 years
In this story we get mystery, magic and evil villains but we also get to witness forgiveness, respect and lots of love and devotion. I loved watching what these 2 characters went thru to get to their HEA. Grab your copy and enjoy!

I am not going to lie when I started the first chapter of this book. I was unsure about it, but it quickly became something I had to keep reading. Although different, this book was extraordinary. Pixie Chica gave us a heroine that is so strong and kick-ass e. I loved how Ruby was such a fighter and how far along she had become despite the tragedies and the injustices she had gone through growing up. I loved how Kingston had to work hard to show her they belonged together. Overall this was such a great read, and although different, it is just as enjoyable as Pixie's previews work. HEA with wonderful characters. I cannot wait for more!

This is a brand new genre for Pixie Chica and what a treat it is!! It's a shifter story with so much more. This short page turning story will have you sitting on the edge of your seat waiting for what is next. It's unique and has a punch to it. I loved the characters and it's always awesome to have a kickass heroine. The things some have to go through for love but you get the HEA you hope for in the end! The epilogue at the end of Pixie's books add so much more to the story and I always look forward to reading them. This is another Must Read by her!! Keep the AMAZING coming!!

💔I really wanted to love this story. its my genre and trope! But i couldn’t get pass how insignificant and easy it was for our main hero to forgive and forget. His mating urges were more powerful than his feelings/love towards his family in a matter of minutes. We are talking about “death/tragedy and bodys and he still didn’t blink or held her responsible for it. Maybe if he had.. or said anything it would of felt more real.. but he was easy to forgive and forget. Then at the end we get a letter that wants us to “feel” justified for his actions... but no. it was too late. 💔😩😭

I'm not going to give much of the story away...because this book is different than the author usual...BUT I will say..you need to read it. Two people with missions. Ruby looking to complete her assignment, finding him the one she is to kill, Wolfe, but can she? Wolfe on his own mission, finds Ruby, his one and only...can these two really find what they are looking for.. can they make the true choice and get what they both deserve.

Five blazing hot stars ⭐️ for A Wolfe’s Ruby. I have been anticipating this book for a while unsure of what to expect because it is the first in this genre by Pixie. I am completely blown away after reading it! This book explodes from the pages, with love ,obsession ,adventure , romance and drama.
I’m not typically a reader of pnr but if all the books where this good I would be a complete addict to them!

This is a short paranormal read about wolf shifters and other magical creatures. It’s a good story line and mixed with danger, sadness, passion, secrets, and love. It kept me on edge because I didn’t know what was going to happen. I did have a hard tie following at times as the flow seemed off sometimes, which could just be because of editing. But I enjoyed the story and even was invested with the side characters as well.

I was really unsure if I wanted t0 read this book..ONLY because I don't normally read this type of books. I ended up reading it because I love Pixie Chica and have read all of her other work...I loved this one just as much as all the other books.
This book was quite different but it still had the same insta-love/destined love! It also had the longer time frame epilogues. The back story was really good and kept me handing on from word to word.

I love books that have strong female characters and this book! Oh Ruby Bridegroom is a force to be reckoned with. She is smart, feisty and full of fire. Kingston is an equally strong male character, made all the more tempting by his ability to let his queen be completely who she is. Twists, turns and sexiness are found in these pages. I loved it!

A completely different story than I am used to getting from Pixie Chica but still beyond amazing! Opposing missions that lead to fate, love and happily ever after. A strong alpha hero that's mate is just as strong....Oh yes please!! Ms. Pixie Chica definitely did right by the shifter troupe. I can't wait to see what she comes up with next!

This was a wonderful intriguing paranormal read about Kingston and Ruby. What a dynamic and powerful couple. Kingston was a true Alpha who let his queen do as she pleased which was so sweet and swoony. I couldn't stop reading until I finished this thrilling, twisty, wonderful, beautiful love story. Love this new series and I can't wait to read more by Pixie Chica.

This story was so good. I liked Ruby and Kingston a lot and thought they were just absolutely perfect for each other once they overcame a few things. Just a really good storyline for this
