He called me a monster. And he’s right. To end this, I’ll have to reveal the darkest parts of my soul. Because there’s someone who deserves a fate worse than death. And I will make sure they pay. Even if it costs me everything.
We're All Liars is a dark high school bully romance where the female is the bully. It contains sensitive topics that some may find triggering and is intended for mature readers.
This is Book 4 (conclusion) of a series and NOT a stand-alone.
We're all liars because everybody lied in this series about something. This is the 4th and last book about Morgan and Cade. I honestly don't know how Morgan didn't push Cade away. Morgan really tried. I feel like maybe Morgan's dad and other circumstances contributed to make her feel she wasn't worthy of love. Morgan was mad at Cade for leaving her at the wrong time but I think there was more to her issues. Morgan's hurt twisted her into a angry person that wouldn't bend easily for other people. Cade does have a white knight complex. Cade wants to save everyone and be the hero but in order to do that he had to cut his family off. I can't really blame Cade. The whole crux of this series was that Morgan's dad was manipulating Cade into playing football and winning the state football championship. Over the course of the books, whether Cade was going to win or lose changed based on other people. Cade allowed other people to take advantage of his football skills and most importantly him. Regardless, in this book the plan for revenge ultimately comes together. It's not what was planned either. So the ending is a little unexpected. Then, Morgan is like a totally different person. I guess she is because she accomplished her goals and forgave Cade. There was nothing left to do. I'm happy that Morgan and Cade got a happy ending with a boat no less. The series told what happened with the whole friend group. Morgan's dad and all the other bad people got what they deserved. I bet people think twice before crossing Morgan again.
