Off with their heads!
Ever since I became the Red Queen all I see is the color red. The blood of all those that dare cross me flows along my courtyard. It paints every surface, even the white roses I planted are now stained permanently.
Then I see her, something deep within me wants her to beg for her life as I hold it in my hands. That perfectly porcelain skin marred beneath my knife as the blood stains her skin with just the perfect shade of red.
Will I scare the poor little thing back to where she came from, or will I go too far and her head will roll with the rest?

3 stars. An Alice in Wonderland retelling where the Red Queen (Mara) falls for Alice (Ali). It’s smutty but I just wasn’t feeling the characters. No connection between them just sex and this was too short for any type of character development. It’s a quick read but not a favorite of mine from this series. It just needed to be a bit longer.

Wonderland in an epic new short story. Loved how this steamy love story gets portrade with a HEA. Deft a 5🌟 yet again and cant wait for more action and 🔥 intrigued stories from Cheyenne.

While this was a quick read. I loved how spicy it was and how the different Alice in Wonderland characters were depicted. Even with the spice there was a plot!
