This book was SO good! It's lively and emotional, and has great intrigue, pace, and payoff. I got very attached to one character in particular, but all of them are well developed and relatable. It had me falling in love, nervous, and it did make me cry several times lol. I was absolutely hooked by just the first chapter. I tend to be a relatively slow reader- usually takes me a week or two to finish a book- but I did not want to stop reading this! I finished it in just a few days

The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars from me is because of some of the technical issues, and one thing about the way the story is written. There are some small inconsistencies (no plot holes though), and some repetitive words that eventually started to take me out of the story a little bit every time I noticed them. As for the storytelling element, some of the inner monologue/thoughts felt as if the author didn't trust readers to understand what was happening, to pick up on the emotional cues, so some pieces felt really over-explained

If you care about those few critiques, know that before you go in. If those things don't bother you or you're reading purely for vibes, you're gonna have a great time with this book <3 Very engaging read! Absolutely recommend

This book is incredible. If I could rate it higher, I would. The characters, the story, the adventure… It left me speechless. I laughed, I cried my heart out… It was the best book I’ve read in a long, long time. Cannot wait for the next books.

Read through 3/4 of the book SO quickly. Immediately attached myself to the characters. Once I got to the last 1/4 I didn’t want it to end. Love this little universe created within the pages!
