Two years undercover. One relic. No distractions. Templar Knight Cynane Montbard is on a mission, and nothing – not love whisperers, hellbeasts, or even the sexiest daemon this side of hell – will stand in her way. Rohan the Red, the deadliest daemon earthside, has been tasked with preserving the balance between hell and earth. But one mesmerizing, stubborn, kick-ass High Priestess is in his way. Cyn has a strict no-daemon romance policy, especially for rogues like Rohan. Yet, they must join forces to succeed. And as their chemistry intensifies, secrets unravel and true identities emerge. But when the power of the relic of frankincense is revealed, their biggest risk won’t be love—it will be death for every soul in the human world.

A Relic of Magic and Frankincense is the final book in a trilogy of stand-alone fantasy romances! YALL. I LOVED THIS BOOK. I loved the previous two books, so I was sure I’d love this one. But there’s always the worry of, “I wonder if I’ll love this couple as much as the previous couple?” That was NOT the case with this series. I adored each couple for different reasons and absolutely LOVE Cyn and Rohan. The stakes are high, the steamy tension is off the charts, and the plot keeps me turning the pages late into the night. HIGHLY recommend this trilogy (especially now that it’s complete!) and recommend starting with book one so you’ll enjoy the fun appearances by the previous main characters in this book.
Thanks to the author for gifting me a copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
The final instalment of the trilogy brings out all the action, steam and banter ! I think fans of the TV Show Lucifer will love the final book of the series. This is a series of standalones so each book can be read at any time!
As the first 2 books in the series, the story follows Templar nights that find love while protecting a mythical relic from evil. Cynane is a High priestess, half human half witch and also an undercover Templar warrior. Rohan is a demon that protects the Hellgates. He has to find the hellgate key to lock it , or it will be forever open through the humanside and an array of hell beasts will be drawn to Earth.
They must work together in order to find the magical relic, all the while the chemistry and attraction between these two is leaking off the pages! The story is fast paced and battle packed with lots of magic! My favorite part though was the dynamic between the two characters ❤️

I've had such a great time over the course of the series, so admittedly I'm a little sad that it's coming to and end. However, what a great book to finish the series with! Absolutely loved the tension and over-all story line. Although these can be read out of order, I'm glad I read them in pub order because I felt like I connected with the story better.
Of course I enjoyed this one! All can be read as interconnected standalone. Perfect for lovers of magic, steamy scenes, amazing chemistry, and fast paced.
I absolutely loved the 3rd installment of this series. Cyn and Rohan gave me life, the banter, the chemistry, the interaction was definitely my fav part. Cyn made appearances in the previous book which made me all excited when this book was focused on her cause I loved her appearances. Rohan was the perfect love interest. He is a huge flirty pain in the butt, but all we can do it love him.
The plot was intriguing, super fast paced and action packed. For those that love found family, this one has all that and more. Definitely check them out! Huge thanks to the author for sending me a copy.

Spice rating: 3
This review has a bittersweet tinge to it as it’s for the third and final book in the Three Gifts trilogy, which is one of my favorite series of fantasy romance standalones I discovered this year. We have magic, action, spice ...and in this specific book, an entanglement between a templar and a daemon!
A RELIC OF MAGIC AND FRANKINCENSE follows Cyn and Rohan as they engage in forced proximity to save the day, and it might be my favorite of the series. I already loved Cyn from her previous cameos in the series, but it's even better to see this strong, badass woman starring in her own book and measuring up to an irresistible daemon rogue…especially when she has sworn off his type of trouble. Good luck with that, sweetheart. This man has me fanning myself every other page. Their chemistry is hot and fun, making for some great banter and even greater steam. I enjoyed how they don’t deny the pull they feel for one another and rather prefer leaning into it to get it out of their system to avoid complications afterwards. The complications were there regardless, in the form of secrets revealed and inescapable feelings, but I can’t say I minded their very vigorous efforts.
The plot of this third installment wrapped up the series quite nicely, also involving characters and relics from the previous two books. Seeing the others playing an active role to help Cyn and Rohan gave us the opportunity to have a glimpse in their lives after the endings of their books and I loved that, as I loved their found family dynamic.
This is a series of standalones, however you would enjoy the books to their fullest if read in order to not miss out on action, lore and intrigue and on any cameo in the later books.
Cynane, the female half-daemon lead, and Rohan, the male daemon lead, met in the previous story in the series. Whilst the attraction between them was real, both had pressing priorities and moved on. Now, Cyn is trying to secure the gift of Frankincense before the daemon lord searching for it can acquire it whilst Rohan must locate and return the key for the tenth gate of hell before it is permanently locked open and hellbeasts can enter earth at will. When a divination sends him to Cyn, she’s really not pleased but she can’t afford to be diverted from her own work and she agrees to help him. They’ve got enemies all over, hidden items to find, and a hard time limit…
This story is dual POV, well written and edited, and a fantastic ending to this series. I particularly appreciated the way the author wrapped up so many hanging strands. I enjoyed the lead characters individually and the character development for both. I enjoyed the relationship development and the way Cyn, especially, came to realise how important Rohan was to her. I enjoyed the secondary character integration, especially the characters from the first two stories in the trilogy. I enjoyed the fast-paced action that I often felt was primary to the romance. A really well structured story that contained a lot but never felt rushed.
I received a complimentary copy from the author and this is my voluntary honest review.
Way to end an incredible series with a bang! A Relic of Magic and Frankincense is the last of The Three Gifts trilogy. In this new, fast-paced novel, we follow the high priestess Templar Knight Cynane and the daemon Rohan the Red who find themselves helping each other to reach their mutual goals. Except she's undercover and he doesn't know that she's a templar.
There is an instant attraction between the two main characters that sizzles into a delightful chemistry filled with banter and steam. Their biggest obstacle are their secrets, especially Cyn, who puts the mission and cause before everything else, including her happiness. I loved both characters, especially Rohan. He’s flirty, badass and rogue, and it might be the cover but I couldn’t help imagining him like Captain Hook from Once Upon a Time but with red hair. I especially loved how he admits to his feelings and how he calls out Cyn for not really knowing who she really is and, therefore, what she really wants.
Also, I loved seeing the other characters from the previous books! The found family trope was strong in this one.
This is one of my favorite series. The books are interconnected standalones, so you can easily jump from one to the other without feeling lost, though I do encourage you to read it all to really get the feel of all the politics, intrigue, action (and romance) between Templars, Watchers and daemons.
Thank you to the author for gifting me a copy. Opinions are my own.
Oh my can I give more than 5 stars please??? This series is the absolute best loved every word of it. I will be making a new folder on my kindle for this author and these books so that I can find them quickly every time I want to reread.
I absolutely loved Cyn and Rohan their story is so well written and richly described. The world is wonderfully painted and all the characters are rich and detailed I would really enjoy more stories from this world. The interaction between the two main characters and then the secondary ones is smooth and deep. The feelings Cyn and Rohan have for each other are shared with the reader and made me feel like I was actually there with them. This is one of the best series I have read in a very long time thank you so much for writing and sharing them with all of your public. ARC copy with voluntary review.
What a way to round out the trilogy! This book has everything and more. Action of epic proportions, magic, mystery and enough steam to curl your toes. Cyn and Rohan are complex characters with everything to prove. Their chemistry is off the charts. Both characters own this book and the story, with wonderful appearances from characters from Books 1 and 2. But the star performances might just belong to the hellbeasts reining havoc on the human realm. So many twists and turns - a sensational climax to an excellent series (in more ways than one!)
I voluntarily review an ARC. This is the third book of the Three Gifts series, the books should be read in order. This is an epic conclusion to the series. I loved every second and couldn't put it down. The unique characters fight epic battles against the worst creatures from hell. A lot of unexpected turns make this action/adventure/romance/fantasy a nail-biting experience. Another recommend blockbuster, I'd gladly give six stars.
What can I say other than what a fantastic series this has been!
The third book in the trilogy is just as good as the previous two, intense, sizzling, full of action, magic and secrets revealed.
Legends coming out, hell beasts around every corner, the intense passion between Rohan and Cyn waiting to explode, both with their own personalities than shine through on every page. Friends and family coming together with an unexpected but welcome surprise near the end
There is so much more going on within the storyline, it will make you gasp and sigh. A page-turning read which will keep you engaged until the last page.
This series is that good it could be turned into a blockbuster!
Fantastic Read and worth more than a 5* review!

Thoroughly enjoyed the books, good follow on with each one. Its fast paced, like the characters and the different interplay, however, if I was going to give one criticism its that by the third book the interplay between the two main characters had become a bit formulaic. Personally I would have preferred to stick with the main characters from the first book and have the others orbit around them rather than having the same type of scenario occur yet again.
This does have the makings of a really good series but this is not my preference, they could have been further series developing off the first one and that would have been my preferred option.I

A good conclusion to the trilogy - boundless imagination poured into a well-written story of bravery, loyalty, duty and self-sacrifice put in the service of saving humanity. Lots of adrenaline, a well-built plot and some epic battles are underlaid by a fated-lovers romance between two strong characters, outwardly made of steel and inwardly hurt and indelibly marked by equally strong parental figures.
I like that the romance back-story seamlessly justifies the way the characters dance around their feelings and resolve all the blocks seemingly making their love impossible before coming together in a satisfying HEA.

The Relics and Legends series concludes with Magic and Frankincense—such a fast-paced bingeworthy read, and so freaking GOOD!!
Now that this series of standalones officially COMPLETE, it’s the perfect time to binge!! The third installment proved to be an amazing finale and I need y’all to read these asap and experience it too!
What to Expect: —Paranormal Romance —Urban Fantasy World —Templar Knights —Witchy Energy —Slowburn Steam —Action Adventure —Magic Powers + Battles —Unique Worldbuilding
Thank you so much to the author for sending me a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review! All thoughts and opinions expressed above are entirely my own.
3.5⭐ I definitely enjoyed this more than the earlier books (I may have skimmed quite a bit of AROMAG) and crushed it in two sittings. This rounded things out well and gave us my favorite characters in the series. We've got a sexy demon, a badass magic-wielder, high stakes, and the always-fun lets-bang-out-this-tension trope. The story has originality and I enjoyed reading it but there's still just a little bit I'm missing as far as tying up loose ends.
Cyn is a talented, gutsy witch with a huge caring heart. She's also on a dangerous mission. The daemon Rohan is on his own mission and when the two intertwine sparks fly. The battle scenes are epic, descriptions of the hell beasts inspired and love scenes sizzling hot. I love how all the characters from the previous books are involved at the end and we get to catch up on their lives as well. Book three in this incredible trilogy and Cyn and Rohan‘s story is a doozy. These characters are incredible, complex and have amazing chemistry that is waaaay off the charts. Incredible world building, Fast paced, action packed, there’s a hot and steamy romance and a story full of magical battle scenes that grab you and have you on the edge of your seat. Sass, snark, adventure, suspense and twists and turns that will leave you gaping in this epic final read.
This trilogy is interconnected but each a stand alone. Happily every after and different couple per book. And book 3 was just as amazing as the first two. Enemies to lovers. She’s a Templar knight who will not let love stand in her way or anything else. And he’s a sexy daemon. I couldn’t put it down. The chemistry between the two. Magic and story. If you love paranormal romance you must read this series.
The third book in a fantastic series! So glad that the team finally came together to gather and protect all three gifts. Cyn and Rohan had a hard job finding the frankincense, and then keeping it safe. Their fiery passion continued to explode off the page, as would be expected of two hot-headed demons. A well deserved happily ever after.
This ended this series perfectly, Must read books 1 & 2 first!!! I really enjoyed the way the two MCs came together and the relationship between them! The story is beautifully written, and made me feel like I was watch it unfold before my eyes. Great Story, that I highly recommend! I Loved It!!! No Spoilers! Just was over the Insta love / Insta attraction, whatever and couldn’t get into it after that. The supposed snarky banter was a let down tbh. Would have been more believable if there hadn’t been the obsessed at first sight vibe. Wasn’t at all convinced why these two got into each other besides mutual hotness.
Omg... as expected another amazing pair to follow. While being separate couples and relics this 3rd books wraps up the whole series perfectly. I still miss the old couples but left very satisfied by this conclusion book.
