Rogue enters the apartment that belongs to Susie and Lucky is upset, the black cat hisses at him. Rogue leaves a hand carved item in the doll house that Susie had recently made. Rogue is fascinated by Susie who is around his daughter’s age and knows that she is alone and worries about her. He works for a lot of people as a handyman while his daughter continues to work at the hardware store that she runs for him. When he visits his friend Hale’s gym, where Susie works, he finds out that the guy who was supposed to be Santa for the kids at the hospital, can’t because he is sick, Hale tricks Rogue into doing it. Lol. That is the only spoiler I’m giving away as it is a big deal in the way of the storyline. I laughed so much during this book because Rogue who is definitely a Silver Fox believes that he is too old for Susie. He doesn’t notice that she watches him when he isn’t watching her. Lol. It is such a cute story, very heartwarming, romantic and it gets mega steamy. Seriously, if you read this in front of a fireplace and point the book at it while reading it, the darn thing might just light up, I wouldn’t be surprised. Lol. I can’t wait to read the next story.

I wouldn't say this is the worst book I've read all year, but it's pretty close. No one forced me to read this and I could've stopped at any time, but this was like trying to look away from the mold growing inside of a forgotten jar of pasta sauce in your fridge. I'm being a little dramatic, but I cringed all the way through this and I couldn't stop reading.

And just a thought, but maybe don't have the Hero talk about his dead wife after the MCs have sex for the first time and they're eating their first meal together. Maybe save that conversation for another day.

Jingled by the Mountain Man is the tenth book in the Courage County Curves series. This is a fun series with a lot of smoking hot passion between older men and younger women with insta-love/lust and various tropes. This story is about Susie, a young woman who works as the receptionist at Hale's gym, and Rogue, a former military man who works as the local handyman in town. Hale found Susie one night trying to sleep in the gym's changing room and instead of kicking her out he gave her job and an apartment in the building he owns. Susie has made a life for herself in town and enjoys the people, her work, and also doing things around the community. Rogue is gruff, big, sexy and focused on one woman for the last year, Susie. This Christmas will find Susie being elf-napped by Santa and taken to his sexy mountain cabin for some naughty elf fun.
I really loved this story as it is nicely tied into the series and some previous characters, but still reads as a stand-alone. The characters are fantastic and the way Rogue is so gruff but yet soft with Susie is sweet and sexy. I can't wait to read who is going to be matched next in this very entertaining series.

Jingled by the Mountain Man is book 10 in the Courage County Curves series. It is a short and steamy, Christmas-themed, instalove, grumpy-sunshine, OTT, age-gap, curvy girl gets her sexy biker mountain man. I've been excited for Rogue's story ever since Ace's story, and it did not disappoint. Susie is a young curvy virgin who was raised in foster care. Rogue is a hunky, grumpy widower, mountain man, biker, local handyman, dad of her friend Mackenzie, and owner of local hardware store. She has been crushing on him for some time, thinking he doesn't notice her, but he does. He's been obsessed with her since she was in Mackenzie's wedding. When they are playing Santa and Elf at the local hospital, Rogue has had it and claims her taking her to his cabin. And Susie is all too happy to be kidnapped. Things get hot and S-T-E-A-M-Y fast. Can these two lonely souls heal each other? Will Mackenzie be okay with their relationship? Their chemistry was pure fire, and the ending was so happy. Rogue is a totally hot, dirty-talking mountain man, and I am all about it. I love this series so much!!.

Rogue and Susie were teased as a possible couple from previous books in the series and the story opens with Rogue checking on Susie’s apartment and leaving a carved angel figurine for her dollhouse. Rogue can’t bring himself to speak to Susie despite his attraction and Susie thinks he doesn’t regard her in any way. Hale amusingly wrangles it to have Rogue play Santa to Susie’s elf at a hospital and things hot up very quickly after a ‘kidnapping’ afterwards. By hot I mean burning spicy heat. I normally don’t like such a big age gap romance but when the older man looks like the cover model, then I could come around on that. Also, this quote from Susie had me laughing out loud “Rogue is the hottest man in all of Courage County. I mean, it was an unofficial poll conducted by me, and I was the only one voting.” I had an idea of Rogue’s character already from previous books but felt that a little more character development for Susie would have been good. I don’t remember or we haven’t been told of her closeness to Ginger’s brother Greer so that bit of the story was a bit weird (Greer being concerned about Rogue’s ‘kidnapping’). 4.5 stars

What a book! This was such an incredible read! I already want to reread it. Susie has a gigantic crush on Rogue, her friend’s dad. What Susie doesn’t know is that Rogue is practically in love with Susie. Neither one does anything about it until an opportunity presents itself.
Susie has volunteered to be Santa’s helper at the children’s hospital for Christmas. Rogue gets roped in to being Santa. After the party dies down, Susie is overcome with a sense of loneliness because she has no family and her friends will be with their families. Rogue saw Susie take off crying so he goes after her. He basically kidnaps her and takes her to his cabin. There, they spend some steamy time together. Eventually, they let their true feelings known. Just when Susie feels like she has a family with Rogue, something happens to threaten their relationship.
This was an incredible book to read. It was quick and enjoyable. I love Mia Brody books and actively seek them out. Her fabulous books make for some great reading!.

Jingled by the Mountain Man is book 10 in the Courage County Curves Series by Mia Brody. 

If you have been reading this series, you are already familiar with Rogue and Susie. You also know Susie is absolutely in love with Rogue, although to her knowledge,  she barely exists.  She is convinced she is destined to be alone.

Rogue is the gruff, alfa no frills mountain man.  When he finally decides he is tired of denying his feelings for Susie, his only plan of action is to take her from a holiday function and keep her forever.  Fortunately,  she is more than okay with this kidnapping plot. 

Like all of the books in this series,  this is an over the top romance with a definite age gap.   This book can be read in a couple of hours, has lots of chemistry and great characters.  This series is great, and I look forward to the next installment.

Rogue is our MMC. He’s our big, strong mountain man with glazier blue eyes and white beard. He meets Susie, our beautiful MFC, at his daughter’s, Mckenzie, wedding. Hes a widower that thought he’d never love again.
Hes not been able to get her off his mind ever since.
Susie thinks he’s the hottest man in all of Courage County. But feels he never notices her. She’s all alone in the world but for her rescue cat, Lucky.
Rogue is talked into being Santa for the hospitals children’s ward. He has to when he finds out Susie is going to be an elf and working close with Santa. He couldn’t stand for another man to be around her.
He looses control and “kidnaps” her after the event.
Read this book to find out how two lonely people find each other.! The few trials they have and a surprise. They do eventually have their happy ever after.

Rogue has the hots for Susie, her daughter’s friend. Susie has the hots for Rogue, a sexy silver fox. Neither thinks the other is interested. An impossible situation, right? But at Christmastime everything is possible!
This one is for those of you who you love extra-over-the-top insta-action (no insta-love, the two know each other for months, just never talk) Christmas stories with a very possessive growly mountain man and a sweet and innocent sunshine girl yearning for a family. And serious age-gaps. Rogue literally has a white beard, like a Santa should! Roll your eyes all you want, folks, it happens even in real life, so why not in a Christmas story. Due to the festive season, I personally would have liked perhaps more pining and sweet nothings but these two are people of action so maybe next time, next couple, if ms Brody keeps entertaining us with these stories in the future.

This is a short, very hot and naughty tale. Rogue may be old enough to be her father, but Susie, the receptionist at the gym, makes him feel like a young and rather nervous teenager. He finds himself unable to talk in her presence, but it seems that his friends have discovered how he feels about her and has set a plan in motion that will have them spending some time together. Rogue has no idea that Susie is very attracted to him and trying to hide her own feelings.

Being a substitute Santa gives Rogue a chance to be near his cute little elf, Susie. Unable to hold back his feelings any longer, he kidnaps a very willing elf who is more than willing to be naughty with her sexy Santa. Their story is very entertaining and enjoyable…..a delightful holiday treat.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. This is a fast paced, age gap romance between a brooding mountain man and a sweet young woman. Rogue has been raising his daughter and living with loss and regret since losing his wife years ago. One look at Susie, his daughter's friend and his emotions, doubts and guilt are overwhelming. There isn't a lot of drama in their story outside of what their own worries cause. I liked the characters but I wanted Rogue's instant attraction to be what he focused on. His loss was so prominent between them, that it became too much of a focal point at times. Overall the story had humor and heartache to go along with their attraction. It wraps us the Courage County Curves series pretty well

Who knew getting kidnapped by Santa could turn into forever. Susie has been crushing on Rogue for a while but she can't fathom that her best friends dad wants her. Rogue has wanted Susie since his daughter Mackenzie first brought her around. So he devises a plan, he is going to kidnap his sweet little elf and make her his for Christmas.

I loved how even though there was an age gap, there truly were meant to be together. Rogue showed his softer side with Susie. All he wanted to do was take care of her, and get her a little dirty in the process. The scene on the counter was by far my favorite!!!! Talk about spicy! This was another great addition to the Courage County curves series.

Susie and Rogue are acquaintances, but have had mutual crushes on each other for some time now, each not daring to talk to the other. Until one day Hale requires Rogue's help to play Santa with Susie as the elf. Things quickly escalate from there.

This was a short read but the pair were really likeable, and it was a funny, very hot and also touching story. I recently read Grizz and Ginger's story which was really wonderful as well. I like the author's writing and look forward to reading more from her and also from this series!.

I loved Jingled by the Mountain Man Book 10 of Courage County Curves. Rogue wants Susie but he knows he can’t go there, until he’s forced to be Santa to her Elf and now he’s never letting her go. Susie is alone, she has a few friends but she longs for a family of her own. Can she have that with Rogue? If only he would actually talk to her or give her a sign. This is a short and sweet story, and I loved the characters. Maybe this year Rogue and Susie will both get what they wished for. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.

This was a fun and steamy OTT romance for Rogue and Susie. They've both been crushing on each other but neither made a move, until Rogue, dressed as Santa for a hospital event for kids, sees her alone and sad. So yep, he scoops her up and takes her back to his cabin as a fake kidnapping. These two had smoking hot chemistry and I love that he got over the age gap issue for his daughter and his friend when he realized he really couldn't do other than love Susie, his daughter's friend, forever. Lots of fun tropes in here, from age gap to grumpy/sunshine to friend's father romance. This is a great series of short romances filled with heart and heat :D

Capers in Courage County when Rogue got tricked into playing Santa Claus at the town's annual Christmas charity event by his friend, Hale. He had feelings for the woman that was going to be the elf that evening for the event. He had met Susie at his daughter's wedding when she was one of the bridesmaids. He had tried everything to tell himself that he was to old for her, but it was not working. As soon as their part was finished, he took her back to his place to stake his claim. She had always wanted a family and a place to belong. Her Christmas wish had been granted.

Rogue has become obsessed with Susie, his daughter's friend. Since he saw her at his daughter's wedding, nothing is more important. When he is pressed into playing Santa Claus, Susie is his elf. A man can only take so much, it is time to kidnap her.

Susie thought Rogue did not like her, as he never talked to her, always just grunted. Now he has on a Santa Claus suit. When he grabs her and tells her he is kidnapping her, it might just be her dreams coming true.

This is a sweet and steamy read, both are wonderful characters.

We first met Rogue and Susie in Mackenzies story, he is her father and she is her best friend. Attraction was there from the get go but as he is a deal older than her he didn’t pursue, but sneakily his friend Hale had convinced him that some other man would snap her up, therefore he took the drastic action to kidnap her and let his feelings be known. Susie has crushed on him too but she’s so innocent and has been let down by people all her life, she couldn’t handle the rejection so didn’t pursue either. This is a steamy, grumpy man, sunshine girl insta love story that deals with loneliness and neatly wraps up the mountain men series. Great ending.

When Rogue was giving away his daughter at her wedding he takes one look at her bridesmaid Susie and that's it for him. And when he finds out that Susie is going to be a Christmas elf and the hospital this year he decides he will be playing Santa Clause to her elf. Just so he can kidnap her and take her to his home. I loved this holiday story. Hot older man loving the sweet younger woman, fast paced and steamy hot read. Wonderful holiday story.

Jingled by the Mountain Man is the hottest Santa story of the year! Mia Brody crafted a masterful, steamy, hot love story for Rogue and Susie—each of whom had a lonely childhood without any family of their own. Seeing these two finally find their HEA with each other is beautiful; I love how grumpy Rogue comes out of his shell as Susie showers him with a affection. This is such an intoxicatingly sweet love story; you’ll love this quick read as much as I did!

LOVED IT! Quick read but Mia packs a punch with this one. We get to meet Rogue in a previous book and I'm so glad we get to see his HEA. Susie was younger but such a great match for him. He lost his wife and thought he had his chance but meeting Susie made him realize he was going to get another chance at being happy. Susie never though he would go for her, being her friends dad and an older man. All that goes up in smoke when Rogue takes what he wants!.

Finally we get to see Susie and Rogue get together. Tables have turned and now Rogue understands how his best friend could fall for his much younger daughter. Because he can’t hold it back any longer. He’s taking what he wants. And he wants Susie. And Susie is all to pleased to play along. I’m not a big fan of this large of an age gap. But I love Mia Brody. And it’s easy to forget the age gap since you’ve fallen for the couple and are routing for them. Can’t wait for more. Or a new series.

This book is just in time for Christmas and it's a fast read and older man younger woman taboo. I throughly enjoyed this book. Susie has a crush on her best friends dad but will this mountain man feel the same way? Rouge has it bad for his daughters best friend but will she feel the same way? Can he fund away to make her his? Great story and just in time for Christmas.
