**CHECK TRIGGERS BEFORE READING**
This is a stand-alone, dark reverse harem with dark themes and that warning list I never read.

If you have read the Set the World on Fire duet, then you definitely need to read this one. They are interconnected, but this one is a very different story.

Stella/Sadie/Scarlett - each name taken and another situation overcome. The growth of our FMC throughout is incredible. When someone from her traumatic past comes back to haunt her, she meets the MMCs; the twins, Colton and Tanner, and Jaxson. They each accept her and all her different names, history, and personalities she adapted to. I loved seeing their relationships grow while she continued to face her past. The spice is on point!

The end of chapter 42 broke me but these right here was pure love at its finest ~~"Once upon a time, there was a boy who didn't have a mom. All his friends had one so he wished on his birthday for his mom to come. One day he found a pretty woman sleeping on his couch and he knew she would be his mom when she accepted his waffle." ~~

I have to say when I read the Set The World On Fire duet It had triggers and I absolutely loved Riona, however with this one we got to see a completely different POV. Stella has gone thru hell and Emily took us thru her journey. All the suffering Stella went thru. All the traumas that she endure with Cyrus. We got to see a different kind of strength from Stella. How she was able to get her life back after escaping but not able to fully drop her guard knowing she was not fully free. Stella has lost so much in her life after falling pray of such evil person. Knowing she finally has someone that can help her get her freedom back made me super happy.

Dark Why Choose Romantic Suspense

Stella/Sadie, Colton, Tanner, Jaxson

I really enjoyed this. I love romantic suspense and I would consider this a dark romantic suspense.

This book does go from past to present so you get a look into what Stella has been through!!

Stella/Sadie has a very trumatic past and I loved how she is so much stronger for it rather then it holding her back. Stella is given the chance to start fresh until her past comes back to haunt her. she meets some amazing guys along the way!! I feel like I would have loved more of Colton and tanner but I still loved them so much they are fun flirty twins but would do anything for their girl!! And then Jaxson he kinda has the grumpy vibes going on but is so cute with his little man and will also do anything for her and I love that.

Wow!! Just wow. Check your TW for sure, this had me on such a rollercoaster. My heart hurts so many times and I had so much invested in her.

The men were all amazing and the chemistry between all the MCs was fantastic!

I thought it was a good book. It had me feeling every emotion while I was reading this book…anger, disgust, love, sadness, heartbreak…you name it I felt it. She did f a good job of painting the pictures of the book and I could picture exactly where I was most of the time.

I felt the relationships could have been delved into a little more but because there was so much need back story on the FMC it would have made the book ridiculously long.

Either way - if you enjoy RH books, with spice, and trigger warnings this is the book for you.

This was one hard-to-put-down story! I’ve been reading a lot of reverse harem stories lately and really enjoyed how in this one all of them men didn’t already know each other. Definitely read the trigger warnings before you dive in though because this one is not for the faint of heart. That said the happy ending and how her men treat her was swoon worthy while still spicy. Great job! 👏

So I absolutely fell in love with Stella/Sadie/Scarlett! Each name brings something she has done and overcome. The book comes with a list of triggers so be warned. From the first chapter you are completely drawn in with her current life and her past coming back to claim her. Stella has been hiding from her husband whom she escaped from years ago. Cyrus is the deranged man who started grooming her when she was 9 likes to play games and taunts her. So she runs but this time running she doesn't want to go because she is finally feeling and has life she doesn't want to leave. She has people who want to help her! The twins Colton and tanner are to die for and the nick names they end up getting from Jaxon had me laughing. She flees and has help from Riona. She ends up in a new city with Jaxson. She meets his son Phoenix.Here she falls for him to all the while trying to stay in hiding and live a life. Worlds collide and the danger ends up being closer. Cyrus takes them. You will love Sadie as she experiences more pain but how she protects is fierce! I love how the book has present/past chapters as well as different point of views from the main characters. I love how the characters crossed over with characters from E. Molgaards Set the World on Fire duet. It's all based in the same world. You will cry, be angry, you will even laugh and smile your heart out. There's not an emotion you won't feel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

I knew this book was going to be a top read within the first two chapters. The suspense, the mystery, the plot twist had me hooked. Couple that with three handsome MMCs, including twins - I couldn’t put this down.

Sadie/Stella/Scarlett is beyond fierce, loyal, loving, brave and a survivor. Her trauma did not define her and she owned who she is and never wavered. The world be a better place if we all held a little bit of her in ourselves.

This book broke my heart, then put back together then broke it again and you guessed it.. put it back together. More times than I can write.

I would definitely read the trigger warnings before reading. It does have very dark themes and becomes very heavy at times.

I could not put this book down, there was even times I literally sat at the edge of my seat.

I’m still processing it all, and I’m so excited to read more from this world.

Listen. I love the Set the World on Fire duet that precedes this book. No, you don’t have to read that series first, but I do recommend it. It’s an amazing series, and it’s where you first meet Stella, the FMC in this book, and 2 of the MMCs in this book.

Stella has BEEN THROUGH IT. I wanted to reach into this book and hug her so many times. I cried with her, I felt her pain, and I laughed with her when her guys where messing around. She’s a fighter man. I was NOT expecting this book to be as dark as it was. Heavy emphasis on checking your triggers.

I loved Stella. I loved her men. I loved her resilience.

This book will forever stay with me. 🖤

Scarlett/Stella/Sadie is a strong FMC who is on the run from an abusive ex who sold her into slavery. She has 3 men who care deeply for her, 2 of which i assume we met in the previous duet. Her rescue seems like it was in that previous duet as well, though you do not need to have read that to understand anything that happens here.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRIGGERS! There are a lot here!
I thought the way the author went back and forth between past and present worked really well here and felt seamless. I loved all 3 of our MMCs, although maybe the twins could have been fleshed out a bit more. I'm a huge fan of FMCs recovering from trauma and the men who help them heal and this is a really good example of that! I would have liked to have seen a little more of the mmcs helping her heal at the end, but overall I recommend!

Watching her grow through this story after everything she had to endure and overcome, she will forever be one of my FAVORITE FMC'S.

Tanner-Devoted, doting, loves to give her what she wants without even asking.
Colton-Flirty, fun, always touching her, giving her everything she wants.
Jaxson-Older man, age gap, gives her the family she's always desired.

The twists, turns.... the way she explains the past and immediately brings you back into the story, had me flipping these pages until I finished the book with a gasp and a need. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

When I say this book had chains wrapped around me and wouldn't let me go, I'm not over-exaggerating! This story was so freaking good! This will live rent-free in my head. We do get to see characters from the Burn the World duet (FMC and her love interest are from that set). This doesn't take away from the story at all! The author does an amazing job filling in any gaps there might be from the other storyline to this one.
If you like dark, trigger-filled, why choose, stabby FMC; then grab this book and read it! Skip the TBR and jump right in!

Dark RH with triggers galore

I loved this story! Stella/Sadie survived and overcame so much to be a braver person on the other side!
This book was an emotionally rollercoaster the author had me on the entire time whether crying, laughing, happy tears, etc.
