It’s been four years since Sam Daniels set off for her first semester of college. But now, newly graduated and facing the prospect of returning to Carroll Plantation, Maine, she’s scrambling to find an excuse to avoid her hometown.

High Tide was excellent! I never would have guessed that this was only the author’s second published book! I was immediately caught up in the story and characters and had trouble putting it down! Not only was the story captivating, but the author included many meaningful connections to the gospel and the hope of Christ!

Watching the Daniels kids grow up was so sweet. Such a beautiful story. So much love, healing, and growth. A feel good read for sure. Highly recommend this and its predecessor, Sea Glass.
